Michael was very supportive, knowledgeable, and understanding. He answered all of our and our families' many questions with clarity and guidance. All of our discussions provided reassurance and confidence in him, his abilities, and the process. Michael was also very enjoyable and personable to talk to; he made heavy conversations feel manageable. The nerdy aspects of our conversations just made them that much better. When we did have questions, he was understanding and not dismissive.
