Absolutely no customer service
When you try and call to get help with making decisions on parts that youre spending 5+k on, youd like a bit of customer service.
Emailed twice at least and tried to call/text for a response, nothing.

MOde Auto is a drop shipping site they don't have any stock so be prepared to wait weeks to get your item :(
So why is my order coming direct from US ? I paid for express shipping and ordered an item from you that your site says is in stock in Brisbane now its arriving next friday from the US - ????? Please explain - I assume you are a drop shipping site now and dont acually hold any stock... This was not mentioned on your website and is extremely frustrating when you list IN STOCK on your website and than ignore my emails and calls about local pickup. if I knew you did not have it in stock I would not have ordered . I will be contacting for shiiping refunds and explanation asap please be carefull people if you need anything that they have listed as IN STOCK . As this is a drop shipping website for sure and I now have to wait to see if my item even arrives - Use Paypal people for this reason.

Overall very happy with Mode Auto Concepts
I ordered a genuine BMW wireless charger for my 2014 650i. It took a little while to arrive and the Customer Information wasn't exactly forthcoming. But the item works well, it took me a total of about 15 minutes to de-install the old adapter and install the new adapter. It works perfectly. I would still recommend to purchase of Mode Auto as they do supply genuine OEM parts when required.
