Great local supplier for M2 g87 parts as overseas suppliers have huge/overinflated delivery costs. Parts were as detailed, looking forward to more g87 parts being available.

I purchase a MHD from this store $155.00 in December 2023. It was sent to the wrong address, even though I sent them an email 5 minutes after purchase advising correct address, which they did not rectify or acknowledge. I tracked the order with courier (Couriers Please) and they advised the item was lost, and was sent back to MODE, I sent the several emails, which they did not acknowledge or respond to requesting a refund or replacement. all I got was silence. so basically they stole my money and customer service does not exist. there is no phone number listed to call them on and they hide behind emails, quite frankly they do not deserve ant stares what so ever, so please be mindful of the experience and buy your goods elsewhere. they are just a pack of thieves. after this experience they invited me to write a review. I told them in an email I would do this.

Great products and will continue to purchase. Missing hardware put of a s55 charge cooler kit(missing key screws to hold in sensor for the car to actually run) and I was told a mechanic should be supplying the missing items for me??? I have spent nearly 7k in a month here and i get an answer like the missing hardware was my fault?? How wild. Aftersales don't exist, ignored emails, and repeat the same questions over and over again. Dissatisfied to say the least.

Update nearly 10k spent and all my mode gear is great quality so I couldn't give such a low rating for a decent company. I do still think the communication needs work.

Mode has always been very responsive to communications and questions. Their delivery is extremely fast and product is second to none!

Very poor after sales assistance. Quite obviously a B2B wholesaler that is trying to dabble in ecommerce for B2C. It misses the mark. I paid a quite high delivery fee to get expedited shipping. A warehouse stuff up on their end meant I received the wrong product. It took this company 2 months to rectify, the whole time I had to chase.
Never once did I receive a decent apology or an offer to refund the exorbitant delivery fee I paid.

I'll just purchase from EUR or USA in the future. Stay away.
