I would like to report an unpleasant…
I would like to report an unpleasant incident that happened today regarding order. I called today and talked to Alicia - she said I am eligible for price adjustment and said she will request a refund.
I called again to check the status of another order but Jamia (not sure about his name) picked up the phone and he was ready to attack me. Instead of listening to what I have to say, he demanded why I was calling so many times. He also said I am not eligible for price adjustment (which contrasts with Alicia) and that I will not get price adjustment. As he was very aggressive and was not willing to listen, I did not want to talk to him any more. I hung up and tried calling again as I wanted to reach someone else, but he kept picking up the phone so I just hung up. I was very shocked to hear the voice message he left on my cell - he apparently threatened me with a very nasty and hateful message. He threatened me that your company will take further action if I called again. My wife listened to the message and she was very upset about the ruthless tone in his voice. She called and asked him to apologize to me but he kept interrupting her and said he wants my apology.
As a rational customer, I think he misrepresents your company. He was obviously ruthless, impolite, one-sided, and hateful to me and I believe that is not what Moda Operandi's customer care strives for. All customers have the right to call customer care. You cannot just threaten a customer and say don't call anymore.
I would appreciate it if you could maintain an objective stance in this matter.

Used to be a very good online shopping website, the website was hacked and leaked many customer information. Very bad return policies, also doesn’t have good price, alway more expensive than other website, check out other website before you buy from Moda. I just used the very last amount of my site credit. I will never buy from this website again.

The shoes were made with hard leather, not flexible, especially around the toe area. My feet hurt after one wear and should get my money back!

Worst customer service ever.
My dress arrived stained and Moda did not accept a return because by the time I tried to wear it it had been over 14 days since delivery. I assumed all merchandise coming from Moda would be high quality but I guess the retailer does not check or care whether the items they sell are decent or garbage.

I received my purchase within the time that I had been informed it would take to deliver. The delivery went smoothly and fast. It was with such pleasure to open up the package, that had been carefully wrapped and inside the wrapping a nice clothing bag to protect the item. Sent the wrong size skirt on a final…
Sent the wrong size skirt on a final sale item. Emailed to get the issue fixed. Still hadn’t replied after 3 days, so I called. MO sent me a return label and refunded shipping. Skirt sold out so likely won’t be able to get a replacement in the right size. Disappointed in incorrect order and very slow customer service. Have ordered several times from MO and usually encounter some sort of issue. I like their selection of merchandise, but I know that if I order from MO there will likely be an issue of some sort.

I ordered a dress and…
I ordered a dress and it was damaged upon delivery. There was a black spot on the underside of the rug.
I immediately wrote to Moda Operandi and I was allowed to return it. I would be fully reimbursed for the full amount on my visa account because it was a damaged item.
Now it turns out that I get the return costs back and the rest is on my site credit. If the item had been in order upon delivery, I would have kept it but it was damaged.
Where is the honesty of Modi Operandi towards the customer.
If Moda Operandi does not pay the full amount on my visa account, I will take further measures and inform my bank in order to get my full amount back.
I hope for the honesty of Moda Operandi.

Delivery was on time but the dress has a lot of issues that I need to fix and it is non returnable . The dress did not display certain aspects visually online as it did physically when I got it. The corset style top Marchessa dress makes your chest completely flat and does not accommodate for a women’s natural curvature on top . . .
