scam big fat lie. I have a tablet was my nephew but its pin lock on there website says free (Android Unlock Software) but after download instead of a program it opens a website wanted me to by a program that is free. The program is 50 dollars. the tablet isn't worth it. I can get one off eBay for 25 unlock. The company is a fraud. They lied is enough to file a fraud case. I have screen shots. This website should be shut down

Terrible product
Terrible product. I looked at their detailed breakdown of transferring info from phone to phone across platforms. I found it very enticing but as with many things that seem too good to be true... it did not deliver on its promises. I bought the lifetime version of the product thinking it could help with future transfers (doh). Spoiler alert: it won't.
The product began transferring contacts and moved onto text messages. I had over 700 text message recipients to transfer and it got through 5 or 6 before it got stuck for an hour and a half. So much for a quick transfer as promised on their website. I was told to try transferring only text messages. It couldn't even get past the first one.
DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT. I'm in the process of attempting to get a refund and cancel any future payments.

Tech support/ customer service was so nice, and knowledgeable. They understood the goal was to retrieve lost messages but since it was not possible on my phone he ended up giving me a refund. Inwouldhighlynrecommend thissoftware based on their empathy and desire to help.

Service Costs Money, They Tell You After You Delete Your Data
Tried to find a way to backup my phone to resolve a problem, found Mobikin. Looked at instructions on their site, downloaded the app, backed up my phone, factory reset, tried to restore and was told that to restore I need to pay $20. At no point was a fee, or a paid version even mentioned to me until after my data was deleted. I have all my data in hard to read XML format now.

Sorry for the inconvenience. The free version of Backup Manager can only back up the data, you need to purchase it to use the restore function. And it's only used for Backup and Restore, the backup file can't be read. If you want to read the data on your PC, you should try Assistant for Android, thanks.

With just one email, you could finalize this transaction in less than 24-hours. By comparison, I have been waiting for over two months for a worldwide consumer products company to provide a credit following three separate telephone conversations with their customer service department. I bought Transfer to Mobile relying on…
I bought Transfer to Mobile relying on the ads promoting the program that it transferred from Android to IOS and back. The program only allowed me to transfer the Contacts from my Samsung phone to my new IPhone. Nothing else. When I contacted support they said that the program only supports transfers in IOS phones. I therefore had no use for the program since I bought it for this purpose and this specific transfer. Now I cant find anyone to contact to get a refund. Only the support email that offers no support. If I could give it a 0 stars I would.

Get the Right Product and it Works!!
Peter at MobiKin was able to switch me over to the MobiAssistant product after I incorrectly bought the Mobile to Mobile product. I was so happy and relieved when all my photos and videos finally transferred to my Mac from my Android phone! I can't even tell you!!!

Very, very good software.
Three days after buying my phone, it started restarting continuously.
I received advice from the Internet to completely delete the memory using an option in the service menu.
Unfortunately, there was no such option in the service menu of my phone (Sonim XP8 with Android 8).
I managed to do this using MobiKin Eraser for Android and I am very happy with this software.
Absolutely professional software.
