Bought the Chicago mirror fronted wardrobeI payed £330 which is not cheap. The product was damaged in a few places. Black mark that looked like mould on one of the pieces of wood. I called the 24 customer help line no answer. I then received a call from them but they put the phone down when I answered it. The craft man's ship is very cheap!!!! A nightmare to put up due to not very good instructions. Do not buy from this company over price cheap product!!!!!

No instructions sent with pack, although delivery man assured us they were there. Had to go online to get them, then they were not the ones for our product. Sent 2 left-hand mirror doors. Had to re-jig the fittings to make them fit. Took hours to assemble, even with a man who had experience with self-build units.

Worse wardrobe I’ve ever had to put together. No instructions. Got them emailed to me but they were useless. Found a YouTube video instead. Two panels were wrong if we put them in the right way the cork side was at the front and not the white edge. So put them in white edge showing and made the holes ourselves. Doors wrong colour. I asked for white strip but got black. All in all a complete nightmare.

Poor comms with staff. Rude and dismissive. I don’t believe these other entries are a true representation of genuine people.

Rubbish furniture. They sell damaged furniture and don’t give refund. Scammers all these reviews are bought

I ordered a wardrobe for delivery 25th February, didn't deliver. They said the courier company will contact me - they didn't! 21st April, still no delivery, they ignored all correspondence via message and website live chat.

Luckily I managed to gain refund via paypal. Avoid this firm - absolute scammers!!

All went well. Very pleased. AAA. Thank you.

Ordered a wardrobe with fittings service didn’t arrive phoned and texted all day didn’t reply till late that day had cleared out bedroom for fitters I cancelled order didn’t get deposit back

Excellent service, sofa bed was ordered on a Friday and delivered on the Monday, only down point was that I was not told it was going to be delivered that day, I only new when the courier called me at 9pm to let me k ow he was 15 minutes away.

Avoid at all costs delivery arranged for set day so.moved sofas.ojtside in rain.tjen mn furniture said can't delivery for 3 days,when they finally answered calls,so due bad weather going be sat on camping chairs,until can organise a delivery from elsewhere, thank goodness I didn't pay upfront

Missing parts and fixings with no response to any form of communication

Found a wardrobe I liked on fb but wanted to make sure it was a legit company so did my research came across some reviews on trust pilot when I asked for website so asked for reassurance. The owner said he was bristol based which he then denied when I asked exactly where and said it was online and said the address was on website which it wasn't so I questioned this and he started calling me stupid and an idiot as I couldn't see it...please have a look if you can see it on there for yourself I have not found it yet and then he starred swearing at me when I said he was not telling the truth and told me to f*** off and started name calling so glad I read the reviews before buying anything from this dodgy company no way of contacting them if anything missing or damaged I would not go with them and how unprofessional swearing at a potential customer. Really enough said I think...have got screenshot of conversation to prove it...really not impressed just so glad I looked at the reviews a fraud and very misleading company would not trust them one bit

This company is a bit of a scam. I ordered a wardrobe and a delivery was made and payment given after checking there was no damage to the flat pack boxes. However, after unpacking the five boxes I found that the product was not as ordered. Each box had a different product label with parts from different product lines.
The company were very difficult to contact and did not answer calls, text's or emails. I did get a couple responses via text but they just refuse to resolve the issue, leaving me a few hundred out of pocket and sill needing a new wardrobe.
The product I did receive is frankly very poor quality and definitely wouldn't last too long in any household. The frame is cheap chipboard with a very thin layer of paint that flakes off with the slightest knock. I can only imagine that most of what they sell is of the same cheap quality. Looking at the reviews here, It seems as though they have just gotten friends and employees to provide fake reviews to bolster sales.
Please be very careful before making a purchase from this company.

I ordered a wardrobe from them in December 2021 through eBay which came with a damaged door. Three months on I am still waiting for a replacement. Despite countless messages via eBay, either you are ignored or sent a message to say it will come soon. Speaking with the owner Naveed Ahmed Bhatti on his company phone and numerous staff I am constantly fobbed off. Same on WhatsApp. Once they know your number they have blocked you. I don’t understand why eBay is still allowing them to trade and why has trading standards not investigated them. No chance of a refund either I am basically left with a wardrobe with one door. Reading other reviews from people having the same issues as mine I am astounded they are still in business.

I purchase a wardrobe from this company and various parts were missing, meaning that it could not be assembled. Despite numerous phone calls and letters they refuse to send the missing parts. Therefore it is totally useless

Very nice settee . Little hole on the 3 seater but manage to repair it so very happy
