Becareful when you buy ftom this company. I bought via Facebook and was assured that the wardrobes would be assembled on delivery ...That didn't happen as the fitter was in London not in Norfolk..delivery people dumped packages in hallway..asking for more payment to take it upstairs. After care service is non existing..they got the money now they don't care.. no instructions in packages either what a terrible experience..

Scam of a company. The supply broken and bad products. I ordered a wardrobe from them and it arrived with the mirrors broken. They assured me that they will replace the broken mirrors.

I had already paid for the item. But when their delivery driver came to deliver, they made me pay again claiming that they will refund me the first payment.

After that i started calling them to chase it up, and they kept lying that they have refunded me. and when i asked them to send me proof of refund they stopped picking my calls and even blocked me on whatsapp

Stay away from this company as they supply very low quality and broken furniture from China

The quality of the parts of this wardrobe just break in the hands. 4. the mirror is very crooked (it's good that it's not broken) 5. there is no purchase receipt (they just threw a box at you, and you gave them money) it's bad. after assembly, you can not move the cabinet, otherwise it will break. 6. after the sale, the agent who assured that there is a return within 30 days stopped responding to my messages. 7.It takes 4 people and tools to assemble this cabinet.

I ordered 3+2 seater sofa and they have sent the wrong one to what was advertised. I have contacted them and just received abuse back. All I want to do is return the item they have sent as it is wrong and get a refund.

Took my order, stated it had been dispatched and on the delivery date they tect me to say its not in stock and tried to fob me off with an alternative. even gave fake dispatch details from ontime couriers. AVOID.

There would be no stars if I could write a review withought them.
Ordered a wardrobe cash on delivery, received it with no problems as they said we would. We got 5 boxes only to realise there should be 6 to assemble the wardrobe, there was no screws or instructions to even start the assembling and when contacted it took days for a reply to say it was being dealt with and they wanted more money to deliver the other box which we agreed too cash on delivery again for it to never turn up.
Still messagjng 4 weeks later to now be blocked.
We was dealing with Hanry Thomas through facebook and now we have 3 1/4's of a wardrobe unable to be assembled with no way of contacting anybody to sort this out.
It's a expensive mistake we have made to have ordered through these.

This whole company is a scam and they won't be in business for a long time. They sell furniture in several marketplaces that they don't actually have. I ordered a wardrobe which they don't have and I'm not getting my money back. They contacted me several times and tried to get me to buy another wardrobe and stopped replying my messages where I requested refund. I have contacted my bank and started a dispute process which might take some time. There are a lot of sellers selling exactly the same products, avoid them and buy yours from a more reliable business.

After purchasing a corner sofa in July it was delivered after much confusion I moved it this week only to fund a staple or nail protruding from the back as I have small grandchild I hammered it back in and contacted mn furniture only to be told I damaged it myself REALLY why would I????? I work hard for what I got DO NOT USE THESE they will only blame you for their not fit for purpose pieces of xxxxx

Avoid this company! Absolute crooks, the worst experience I’ve ever had from a seller. I don’t know how they sleep at night… Nova, Sami, Harry, Rikki. They are heartless, ruthless disgusting people. I am trying to get a refund for a faulty wardrobe and they refuse to collect it and it’s taken two weeks for them to agree to a refund. Looking at the genuine reviews this is probably just another lie anyway! These people have no honour, they seriously expect me to pay £100 to have it sent back to them, why would I do that knowing that they would probably end up keeping the wardrobe and never giving me a refund and I’d be another £100 worse off!!

wish i could give 0 stars.. Please dont buy from them. I brought a wardrobe and was also paying for a worker to assemble the wardrobe for £150. Something didn't sit right with me and alarm bells started ringing. The men brought the wardrobe and i was told they will bring someone to assemble the wardrobe which they did not so i refused the wardrobe as i needed help to assemble it, they do nothing but lie and promise you a refund and i am still waiting for my refund. i have told my bank and they are going to sort it out. They sell wardrobes on Amazon and Ebay Facebook so please do not buy from them.

Great prices on the website. Good delivery communication too. The instructions for the wardrobe were quite hard to work out

Customer services is shocking, they will not replace damaged upon delivery parts and block your number when you ring to complain. 6 months I have been trying to get the goods that I paid for!! SHOULD NOT EVEN BE ALLOWED TO TRADE

Were quick to take my deposit money online! Told me that my chair would be delivered the next day 100%

I waited in the next day and the courier company messaged me saying I would receive my WARDROBE in 10 days!!!

I ordered a chair for the next day! Not a wardrobe for 10days!!!!!

I asked to cancel the order as I no longer trusted the company! They told me they would refund me! It’s been a week and they are ignoring me!!!

I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I ordered two wardrobes from this company late on Friday 1st April late. I called on the next day in the morning to advise that the second wardrobe on the order was incorrect and asked for the order to be amended. I was advised to send an email which I did and yet I still received the incorrect second wardrobe on Wednesday 6th April, two of the boxes appeared damaged on arrival and one box was from a different wardrobe. To date this wardrobe has been sitting unopened in my home waiting to be collected for two months while the company holds on to money I have paid for a wardrobe that is not suitable!

Quality for price is good. No missing part. Fast delivery. Assembly instructions could be better , but I found video on Youtube so that's fine.

I wanted to wait a bit before writing a review just to make sure it lasted. I bought this towards the beginning of the year and I honestly didn’t have much hope. We’ve gone through so many bed frames. They ALWAYS end up squeaking almost instantly and just bend and fall apart. I’ll admit, we’re not the most gentle with them if you catch my drift but I wasn’t willing to fork out thousands of dollars on a bed frame that might end up falling apart so when I found this one I was definitely willing to give it a try. With our incredibly heavy foam mattress, us, our huge space hogs of dogs, kids, and cats (they don’t weigh much but I can’t just leave them out) this bed has definitely been at it’s weight limit (if not over) and is still working amazing. Definitely recommend!
