Received my order but I'd like to exchange - I sent three emails, message on Twitter and two messages to their online bot and I have not received a reply to any. This company seems to be run in a very chaotic manner and I won't be ordering from them again.

Great tank top and it arrived quickly but I’m still waiting for my refund for the size I sent back.

You use Evri for deliveries. Dreadful service from them.

I’m following up on my review, Mistral finally replied to my email after 2 weeks regarding my lost order #MCO232482. On 20/11/24 they emailed and confirmed my parcel had got lost by Evri. They asked me what I wanted a refund or my order sent out again, I asked for my velvet leggings to be sent out again. I didn’t receive my order so sent an email on 28/11/24 but It’s now 05/12/25 and I’ve had no leggings or a refund either. I’ve sent a further email but just get the bot standard response and they don’t respond either. I paid for my order using a gift card so perhaps that’s why they don’t care.

I have had many garments from Mistral and have largely been delighted with them. My latest order of two tops arrived promptly but one garment was a size larger than I actually ordered. Both garments in any case, were way larger than their sizing would indicate and the cardigan was shapeless and stretched. Neither garment had been shown on a model in your advertising, so it was very difficult to judge the look.
I have posted both items back to you (on Monday 2/12/24) and am looking forward to a speedy refund.

I have ordered from Mistral Online for the first time. I ordered three tops at the beginning of November which have yet to arrive. I have had emails asking me to review my purchases and have tried to contact Mistral. Each time I receive an automated reply. I understand that the company may be busy and short of staff. But my inability to contact them about the order is frustrating.

Great Black Friday prices and good quality clothing with attractive prints. However sizing varies enormously between items. Two size 16 of the four items bought were fine, the other two however were much too big, enormous even. To send them back I would have had to pay postage to get a gift token as per the return rules. It will take a while but will alter myself. Exchange in store might have been better, used to visit Mistral regularly but most of the shops are gone sadly.

The pj bottoms were horrible a bit like harem pants. I have several pairs of mistral pj bottoms and they are lovely. I had to pay for postage to get them I now have to pay for postage to return them. You can’t print off a returns label the returns process is complicated will not be buying from them again I’m sorry to say

I love Mistral products and the speed of delivery is second to none! In fact, it was a little too fast as, after ordering, I tried to contact Customer Services about the order. They said a response could take up to 3 days. The next day my order arrived! Unfortunately, it's day 6 and I'm still waiting for Customer Services to respond. Wouldn't stop me ordering from them again though as the products are great!

My coat is beautiful. I bought the Moleskin coat in orchid. I didn’t realise that the lining is a beautiful vibrant print with all different colours that go with the pink of the coat.I bought a size 12 and it is roomy enough to wear layers underneath so I would not advise going any larger than your true size.
