I’m still waiting for a reply sent over three days ago about a return I’ve still not been refunded for almost two weeks ago. Not impressed. This company used to be so good. Something has clearly changed, and not for the better, sadly.

Customer service number not working no response from emails still awaiting refund they have had parcel back through royal mail since 21st Oct mean while I am still out of pocket I will never use this company again as stated by other people waiting on refunds.
Avoid at all costs

Returned 2 items on 3 October for refund. Have submitted 4 messages and 2 emails. No refund or reply to any messages. Customer service number not working.

Do not use this company.

Lovely clothes, Lovely shop and staff BUT l have been waiting for a refund for two weeks with no response to the emails which l have sent, won't be shopping again on line with Mistral

Bought two blouses and a reversible skirt online and they are as described. Good quality, fit and price. Arrived quickly.

What do I have to do to make you reply to me?
Goods not delivered, you have taken my money, numerous messages from me but no replies. I even rang a shop and they promised to email head office. The telephone number of head office is no longer available. Have Mistral gone bust. I have been a customer for years but never again.

Received items ok BUT returned them and now 16 days on no sight of confirmation that you have received them no refund and no reply to my emails to yourself

Ordered 2 cardigans in the sale

Purchased a beautiful dress of great quality, which fitted perfectly and couldn’t believe it when it was received the following day.

I returned part of my order on 08/10/24 and have still not received my refund. I have emailed and only had an automated response telling me they will respond in 3 days, no response yet received. The automated response also advised refunds can take up to 10 working days, I am now on day 11.

I ordered a jumper in my usual size 16 but it turned out to be vast. I returned it using Royal Mail 48hr tracked, and I have provided tracking information but I've received no refund - Mistral customer service aren't responding to either emails or chatbot contact. My return was sent on 23rd Sept and it's now 22nd Oct. Have they gone bust? I have bought Mistral for years. Never again.

Website nice and easy to use, got the last skirt in my size in stock and it was delivered on time, perfect!

My parcel was supposed to be delivered on 16/10, it clearly was sent to the wrong address because I have not received it. I wrote to Evri and Mistral and I have not heard anything from Mistral since 18/10.

I love Mistral clothes and am delighted with my 3 new tops.

Very easy to order online and super quick delivery

Easy ordering process, good communication and prompt delivery. All as it should be. Have since had to return a few items as I’m not too familiar with Mistral sizing so ordered a few things for choice.

Just takes far too long to get a refund. Nothing wrong with the clothes but if you decide they are not for you it could be three weeks to get a refund.
