I wish I could give negative stars. The amount of money I paid does not reflect the quality, do not be fooled by the fancy photos of the products. They are cheap and low quality.

I have to say that I'm surprised, if not shocked to be able to write this review after reading all the other peoples terrible experiences. I ordered a Pipistrello Table Lamp for $340.00 then (foolishly) read the reveiws later... In panic, I tried to immediately cancel the order within 30 mins and even spoke to Amex to try and stop the transaction. No luck with either action. Then to my great surprise the item arrived in 10 days with Australia Post in good condition, reasonably well packed and intact. The lamp is actually really good... Yes, made in China but thats what you get for this price tag in vintage reproductions. Its fairly well manufactured and quite solid indeed. If I was a gambler I'd actually order another one but rather think I'd best not to test my luck out that much... I thought I should write this review to offer some balance up to all the other people's terrible experience. If had to guess, I would say that this company is just drop shipping all these items from different Chinese manufacturers.. Some products are decent but it would seem most are very sub standard... Its a pretty big gamble but clearly sometimes works out !!!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS FAKE COMPANY! Cheap nasty products that take weeks to arrive and both were faulty. When trying to organise a refund I was asked to ship items back to Hong Kong or china. Steer clear! My first experience with a proper scam / fraudulent business like this. The website looks very legitimate.

Items received are NOT luxury and more so like Temu. DO NOT BUY from there.

Shocking service. Received a faulty product and have gone through over 7 months of lies, miscommunications, lack of responsiveness with months between receiving responses, asking for the same thing over and over despite sending detailed pictures and details. I find it hard to believe this is an Australian company. After all this time and telling me 4 months ago they were preparing to send a replacement I've received a sorry we hold a 30 day replacement policy. Absolute rubbish

Absolutely trash and biggest scam ever. You know that feeling when you say to yourself - is too good to be true. That’s about it.

Absolute rubbish lights, they use photos from other websites, claim that they ship from the UK but they're actually in China. We purchased 2 x ceiling lights $490 each (and unfortunately I searched for their reviews straight after my wife pressed the buy button, and saw how terrible they were). I tried to cancel the order but was given the run around with emails back and forth. Finally I lodged a case through PayPal and I got my money back , (2 months later) and minus the $160 shipping fee to send the lamps back to China. These were the instructions given to me by PayPal and I'm not sure why they are still allowing this fraudulent company to use their platform as they are total scammers

Just like all other comments…DO NOT BUY ANYTHING!!! This company should not be allowed to sell to Australia. Products are cheap knock offs and do not match pictures on website. They direct ship from China even though they pretend to be located and only operating and shipping in Australia. When I went to return lights I had to ship back to China at significant cost. Chinese customs held package probably at their request and they won’t help at all in resolving custom’s clearance questions so that they don’t have to give refund. Such a waste of time and money. Stay away.

This company is an absolute joke. STEER CLEAR!!! I ordered products on 1 Oct 2024 but one parcel wasn’t shipped until over a month later. During this time I tried repeatedly to cancel the order due to the delay but apparently that wasn’t possible. So the product was shipped to me from overseas meaning I now have to pay to ship it back overseas in order to get a refund. It cost me over $140 for return postage. Let’s see if I get a refund in the end. I wish I had read the reviews before ordering and saved myself the frustration.

Appalling management by PayPal, supporting such a deceitful organisation despite the many reviews from those of us that have been deceived. My complaint to PayPal closed in sellers favour despite electrical purchase not meeting Australian standards. Piece of junk going into landfill (unfortunately). Will not dare install into my home because if something happens I am not covered by insurance. Appalling treatment by PayPal more so for allowing Misterlamp to continue scamming. Watch out…..

Never buy from them. I have had 40 communications since making a purchase for 5 lights in early October. A week after purchasing they send you a note to say they are sorry delivery will be delayed and offer $25 off next purchase. At this point I thought I had been scammed. After contacting them, the first three lights were shipped. The lights had screws piercing the top as they had drilled the led strip light through the top casing. They then delivered the fourth light in two different shipments via two different couriers, the pendant lamp holder followed by the shade. I then emailed over 20 times about the last light. They said it would be shipped on 24 November. It wasn’t. I kept chasing them and they said it was delivered without providing me any proof of delivery. Yesterday they claimed it was delivered and I should contact the courier. The courier told me to contact the seller. I am at an impasse and have no 5th light, 3 damaged lights due to manufacturing errors and only 1 decent pendant that has no partner light so is now deemed useless. They have many websites out there so be careful. You will waste your money and they just don’t care. Avoid anything with Misterlamp in the title.

Horrible service and horrible company.
Ordered a lamp in Oct 2024 and today is 20th Dec 2024.
Too many back and forth emails. Apparently parcel came to Sydney and delivery got failed (no reason provided).
I asked for a refund but they all keep on saying *we have to check with senior management *
It has been over 10 weeks and I have not received my refund.

I placed my order believing this was an Australian company based in Melbourne. They are not based in Melbourne. I got multiple emails saying my order was on its way but it wasn’t. Read the reviews and then realised this company feels like a scam. I requested to cancel my order as the order hasn’t been shipped but they said the process is automated. I don’t believe I will receive my order which means $450 down the drain. I’m completely devastated and not great at christmas time! I wish I read the reviews before I placed my order!

Never again! Company not based in Melbourne actually in China somewhere. Phone number disconnected. Goods take forever to arrive with inn iinnaxurate tracking and no ETA. Worst experience online yet with zero customer service assistance.

On the 7th of November I ordered 2 Donut Table Lamps for my bedsides. They look beautiful online!
There were multiple emails back and forth about the parcel being delayed, it eventually arrived after 32 days.. but only 1 lamp arrived and the plug is not compatible with Australian outlets without the additional purchase of an adapter. I requested a refund for the missing lamp and to return the second, which would cost $73 to send to the Chinese return address provided by Misterlamp ‘Melbourne’.

You will regret shopping here.

Absolutely appalling business. I paid $350 for a ceiling fan which appeared on their website as a high quality item. I queried where the item was being dispatched from after 2 weeks as the tracking website did not show my order. The team refused to tell me where the item was coming from and when it would be delivered. I asked for the order to be cancelled as I had sourced an alternate ceiling fan which they refused. The order finally arrived on Friday and when I opened the box, it was a cheap and nasty plastic item that in no way resembles the misterlamp website. I will be taking this to the ACCC tomorrow!

I too wish I had read reviews. Placed an order on 24 November 2024. I am getting repeated emails saying there has been a delay but goods are on their way. I now believe I will never get the goods or if I do they will be substandard. Not encouraging to buy on line but my fault for believing I would have a positive outcome. When I respond to their emails they offer me a discount code for my next purchase and repeat that goods are on their way!

It’s a scam I was charged twice for one item that never arrived,I paid through PayPal and notified them and they did nothing about mister lamp either, don’t buy from this company!!

Absolutely the most untrustworthy site to order from. Silly me did not read the reviews first. This company is a scam. Broken items that take months to arrive and then are not replaced or refunded. Any returns need to go back to the warehouse at China at buyer's expense, even when item is faulty. When I lodged a complaint with Paypal, it was rejected, even though I sent photos of the smashed items and copies of all of the emails with the broken promises and unfulfilled orders for replacement items.

Likes others wish I’d read the reviews before purchasing. Product comes from China, the lamp I bought which I thought was glass was actually plastic and came with a European style plug adaptor for usb so won’t even work out if the box. It looks like pictures but feels cheap and am not sure I would trust it as an electrical product. I won’t bother trying to return as I don’t need the headache and luckily had only bought one small lamp so am not out much.
