I received very bad quality items and still not receuved a refund. Every item is of bad quality and the description is misleading.

Wow! I received my jumpsuit in a reasonable amount of time (12-14 days) end it is exactly as shown! It looks fabulous and I cannot wait to wear it for the holidays! I am super impressed with the quality for the price.

These dresses are absolutely gorgeous and the prices are even better! I have gotten many dress from here and I will continue to get them! I am on daughter # 2’s wedding and I know this is where I’ll find the perfect dress for me!!

This company’s customer service and return process is completely horrible and bad. I received two items I ordered however they are small on me. I tried to contact customer service by email several times and it took them 3-5 days to respond. And the worst part is they told me to choose two other items, keep the dress & pay additional $70.00 and that’s not right! Or return It by post office which cost a lot! Please be aware customers who are buying dresses from Missord online site, that you’ll go through a lot of hassle, pay extra for shipping more than what you paid for the dress.
This site is deceiving and should be investigated regarding their return policy. They must provide phone number to contact and address where to return an item.

I can't give a good rating, because I have been trying since 8/21/2024 for someone with customer service to respond to my emails, but as of today 8/26/2024 no responds.
