Disgusting behaviour and customer treatment
I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS SITE TO ANYONE
I ordered my dress a month ago and still did not receive it
They kept telling me to refer to the tracking, but the tracking was not accurate
I was getting information that the delivery is coming today and never happen, than the next day and never happen again and guess what? I'm still waiting 😂
Tracking wasn’t even showing location
After my third complaint finally it started showing location and dress wasn’t even close to WA it was showing Sydney as locations - nearly month after the order was placed

Dear, I was loocking for the dress to the weading party, so I find you on Facebook, and traed the chans. I receved one dress from you, and it too big for me a littel. But the qualetet is perfect. I gave it to my frend, she is happy for it. So I order inather one for my and for my dogter. Hope it will be good for us.

first for the quality of dresses that you have. second for helping me in the best way to solve my problem which was that my dress did not fit and you helped me by giving me options to be able to choose which one was best for me and satisfy me and not disappoint me thank you, and For the same reason, I will always recommend you and will continue buying your clothes, thank you.

Sceptical about ordering. Dress arrived 2 weeks after ordering and is absolutely gorgeous. Can’t wait to wear on my upcoming cruise for new year.

I receive my dress. I am having issues getting a professional response on how to return due to not fitting. I received the first reply thereafter I have sent : more inquiries and no one will reply to me. The dress cost me $90

I was skeptical about ordering online and about what quality I would receive. The package took about 2 weeks but I am so happy with the fit and the quality!

I received 3 decent dresses from them, the material was ok but the sizing was way off.
They said items are refundable from 15 days of receiving dresses. I emailed them a refund request and that took a few days for them to respond. Instead of giving me directions on how to proceed and a return label or even where to return the dress they offered me to choose 3 new dresses for $75 and keep the small fitting dresses as well.
I declined the offer and insisted on following through with a refund. Again, a few days passed and they said to expect an email with return instructions and a return address and I never received that email. So beware of their unscrupulous disgusting ways to prevent a refund.

The dress are beautiful . However the dresses are too small. The size doesn’t correspond to US size .

I bought this dress last minute. I wrote in the note box, asking the seller to ship immediately for me because I have an event on Nova 16, I'm excited to say I received my dress untime it fits perfectly. Thank you to the seller. Side note: follow the size guide. I bought one size up because of the size guide and my fit was perfect

Dress is very ill fitting and definitely NOT the quality expected for £68. Padded cup inserts were stitched almost at the neck and the sizing is very small! Awful

I love the dress I got from here, although I have to do a little bit of alterations, it’s still very beautiful on me.

I purchased the dress then minutes later it was listed €20 cheaper.

The styles are fantastic, I wish there were more colors other than just green black red on some of the most popular dresses.

My dress was just beautiful. I ordered this garment two sizes larger because of large up top. Because it was coming from another country you warned me of the size difference from the USA. This will enable me to have it tailored fit for my body. I also was lucky to receive it within 7 days which was great. Very classy and age appropriate

First time ordering from this website. Wasn't sure what to expect but the merchandise exceeded my expectations.
Delivery from China to the US took exactly 12 days from the time I ordered it to receiving it. Upon receiving the dress, it was well packaged and folded.
I noticed the impeccable quality and the craftsmanship of the dress was carefully executed. The fit was surprisingly perfect. I'm 5'4" and weigh 130lbs so I wasn't sure if the small would fit but it did. The dress has a slight stretch throughout due to the fabric inside.
Not restricted and itchy with the sequins on it and around my hip area there was stretch in the fabric. The chest area has molded cups inside and the length in the back is longer than the front. 4" heels would look best to elevate the style and stop the back of the dress from dragging on the ground.
Thankfully, I won't be wearing the dress until January so I'm glad I ordered it ahead of time. Love the style, quality, craftsmanship and beauty of this dress. Only hated I had to wait almost 2 weeks for the dress to arrive, but it was worth the wait. Will order again if I need to. Thanks for making me feel special, elegant and beautiful in this dress.
