I really recommend this website the material of the dresses is high quality and the sizes fit as written so make sure to take your correct measurements and check the material if it’s stretchy and put that in mind. I ordered 2 more dresses as soon as I received my first order.

Dress as seen in picture and the sizing is spot on. I'm an Australian size 16 and got a XL.

This is based on my daughter purchasing a dress. Dress was fine but the wrong size. Returning the dress was very complicated and expensive. Also the return window is very small. At this time I don't even know if we will get credited because the process takes so long. Goods have to be returned to CHINA! $162 was the initial cost through USPS. (can only use USPS) More than twice the cost of the item. After working with clerk at USPS she was able to figure out a way to get the cost down to $30.55. I will not let my daughter purchase from this place again because of the return process. They make it so complicated that most people won't even bother to return things.

Dresses are a little long I’m 5-6&1/2 and one I thought was red arrived and it’s a wine colour red

The materials are quite nice, I purchased 2 gowns one fit like a glove, the other just didn't, I like the dress but would like to return it to see if I can find another on your site. How do I go about getting a return label?

First off I been purchasing Miss Ord approximately 4 yrs ago but from Amazon, not Facebook and I have to say when I first seen her merchandise on Amazon I was so excited only because I knew no one would have my 8 gowns i purchased and I understand FB these times we are facing it was another way to let people an company take advantage of social media and get more exposure I was a business owner myself until I took sick 2 years ago but, my only concern now is my daughter getting married and I pray 🙏🏻 I’m there but I’m concerned someone may have one of my gowns, especially when 350 people are invited! But then again I may not be able to attend!

Paid $25 for expedited shipping which guaranteed delivery in 5-9 biz days. On the 8th biz day, got a text that it won’t arrive until next week (roughly around the 12th biz day). They are hard to reach and once I FINALLY got a response, they said they were on Chinese New Year and they won’t refund the shipping fee. Then today, found out that DHL has had the dress in my city since early this morning and PROMISED delivery today (10th biz day) - but it never arrived. DHL app keeps saying “package on hold”…with no further explanation. Cust service is closed for the weekend. Literally the WORST experience. Delay after delay with no apology, ownership or refund of expedited shipping fee. NEVER AGAIN!!!!!! Don’t shop here!

There is a beautiful selection of gowns making choosing one very difficult. Can’t wait to receive my dress.

I bought 2 dresses that were beautiful but not exactly what I was looking for. Instead of returning them, they told me to keep them and pick 2 new ones and only pay for shipping. The customer service is amazing. Even though they are on a 2-week Holiday they put that aside and still helped me through the process. I will always buy my formal wear through them.
