I love the taste of the flavors, especially the fact that it’s healthy vegan and has wonderful ingredients! One of my favorite protein bars of all times definitely will be getting more and trying other flavors!

I bought an expensive bundle, the prices have recently increased and made it harder to afford. The parcel was then delivered by evri to an outdoor carpark area, so now the parcel was taken before I could check/find it.

All of the flavors I've ever purchased from Misfits are incredible and satisfy my protein goals for the day and taste awesome.

I literally have like 3 of these a day they’re so yum 👅

I have bought this product before and really wanted another taste. I'm_type 2 diabetic. So I'm Always Looking For; a decent snack that won't add to any potential discomfort The brownie batter is my favorite flavor. Thanks Again; for offering a quality product.

I’m impressed! They shipped quickly and arrived right on time. Even better, they taste amazing. It’s hard to find protein bars that are both nutritious and actually enjoyable to eat, but these nailed it. I also love that they’re vegan, which makes them an easy choice for me. Definitely ordering again!

I LOVE the newer recipe for the protein bars so much better than the old recipe. My go to protein bar for sure.

Would be great to see some vegan bars with >15g of protein but when it tastes as good as these 🤌🏻🤌🏻

This was our first time trying plant based protein bars but it won’t be our last!
The Misfit variety bars give you that sugar craving hit without tasting too sweet or artificial.
Another thing that we enjoyed was that they’re a substantial bar with a very reasonable calorie count, you feel sated when you’ve eaten one which is perfect when you’re trying to eat healthily but want a treat.
I enjoyed all 4 flavours & loved the crunchy outside texture but my overall favourite filling was the Caramel Popcorn.
We will be purchasing again!

This is my second order and fourth box from Misfits. I am enjoying the bars. Love that they offer a full box of my favorite bar. I also love that they offer different combination boxes to fit everyone’s preferences. This time I tried a variety box of gluten free bars for my second box.

Great taste & value only downside they are too good.

I LOVE these bars. However I accidentally ordered the wrong flavour and returned some over three weeks ago. I am still waiting for a refund, even after emailing 6 days ago and them saying they would confirm the return was received and then refund me. Based on other reviews, it’s such a shame the customer service is poor because the bars are so good.

Great products that cater for GF DF they have high protein and taste great!

I love the texture of these bars! I ordered the Cookie Butter and Brownie Batter protein bars and I’m pleasantly surprised by how soft and chewy they are, especially for being plant-based. I only wish the Cookie Butter flavor was more pronounced.

Edit: Misfits Health is trying to get this review taken down. If it gets taken down, it’s going on Reddit, which has much better SEO. They also eventually emailed me after I posted this review. A month later, they say they found my tracking number and want to see if I got the package. Yet again, not one single word of acknowledgment about telling me my order didn’t go through and then changing the subject when I direct ask if I’m getting a refund. The only reason they wrote me is that they’re trying to get the bad review censored. Original review below.

After 6 days of no tracking, I emailed them. They said they're looking into it. They also added an additional charge of $5 and some change, which there was no mention of. I asked about the extra charge and also told her I just received a tracking number. On day 9 since I placed my order, they replied saying:

"We have searched our system and it looks like you have made an account but your order didn't go through.
The transaction is a pending payment and will be refunded in 3 working days."

So 9 days later, they tell me my order did not go through at all. Yet, the $114.90 was not a pending charge like that other mystery charge. It was charged to my card.

I replied: "I don’t understand. You’re saying both of those transactions will be refunded? The $114.90 will also be refunded?"

Dodging the question, Amanda changes the subject and goes back to the pending charge:

"Hi There,
No There shouldn't be an addition charge, it could be a pending payment that why.

Have you made that additional payment.

Thanks,
Amanda"

I replied: "It’s on my statement, not pending. It was charged on 12/2 and I already paid it. This is crazy. This level of chaos and disorganization is not okay. You need to figure out what’s going on ASAP or I’m doing a chargeback."

She once again refuses to acknowledge that she told me my $114.90 order didn't go through and that I asked if I'm getting my money back. She goes back to the pending charge:

"Hi There,

Please share the screenshot, so we can refund you for that extra charge.

I sent her a screenshot of the $114.90.

She emails me again 5 days later still going on about that pending additional charge, refusing to address the $114.90 order that she says didn't go through and which was charged to my card!

This was my second time ordering from Misfits Health and I was going to be a regular customer, but I will never shop from them again. The gaslighting was truly the worst part, refusing to answer the questions I very clearly asked: You told me my order didn't go through - am I getting the $114.90 back or not?? Absolute refusal to answer me.

It was obvious that none of the customer service reps had access to customer order information and were just winging it. The kicker is that the tracking number was, indeed, my order. It arrived a few days later and these people had no idea. "Amanda" never asked for the tracking and obviously couldn't see it on her end.

Their CEO needs to be fired.

Recently switched to Misfit protein bars from another well known vegan bar as they were causing me a lot of stomach discomfort and I’m hooked! I love everything - the flavours are all delicious, the packaging is fab with amazing colours and the website is so aesthetic and easy to navigate. Delivery is fast and everything is well packaged. And the price is really good as well! Perfect 🤩

Trying to cancel my subscription- cannot find a way through my account. Tried to direct message in instagram- one week on and no reply

The bars are nice enough but want to take a break from them
