I ordered mother and daughter outfits for myself and my daughter way in advance so I can recieve it before Eid.
They send me an email on 30th May saying my outfits have been dispatched.
8 days later which is just a week before Eid they refund me for my daughter's outfit.
Well done!!!! 👏👏👏.
They could've let me know before dispatching my order that part of my order is not in stock but no, they wanted the money for the other outfit.

Now I'm emailing them since I recieved my outfit on Saturday that I want to return my outfit and want full refund as the main reason to order this outfit was to wear same as my daughter.
No reply from them at all.
I emailed Saturday, yesterday and today but no reply.
I tried calling on WhatsApp but they keep declining my calls.
No replies to messages on WhatsApp.

This is how they do thier business and this is how they deal with thier customers.
I have just read so many reviews with only one star and many people have experienced what I have experienced.

I hope Allah SWT give them no barakah at all in thier business for treating thier customers like this.
I wished I had read reviews before placing my order.

I would not recommend them at all.
I've told so many of my family and friends to be aware and I've told them these people are fraudsters.

Imagine how many peoples baddua your taking simply for being greedy.

If I can give them no stars I would. Shame on you for taking my money and not sending my outfit out. Shame on you, for ignoring my calls, texts and emails. Its been nearly 4 weeks and nothing! Shame on you!
You took my money and judging by the reviews have conned others, but I wanna know how do you sleep at night? How can you cheat people like this?

if you have any ounce of decency left I suggest you refund everyones money and Ask Allah for forgiveness. Please do the right thing, you still have time. Make it right! Times are hard and people are trusting your services, please do not abuse this, as you are risking alot.

i ordered a outfit and wanted my money back as it wnd come in time for eid and they refused to refund or get back to me do not order from here ever they have no shame may allah show them

Ordered 2 outfits from mirha, they didn't arrive within the 3 to 5 working days and still 3 weeks on I have not received them. I called numerous time on the number provided on the website no answer. WhatsApp them several times no response. Emailed them so many times no reply. I have now opened a dispute through my bank to get my money back. The bank have funded my money back and are now chasing this company for answers. I've had to order from another site and pay for next day delivery which was expensive thanks you Mirha. Please do not ever order from this company again.

Fraudsters, returned a item and ordered another on the 19th. Send numerous emails and phone calls with no answer.
Non existent customer service.
I just want my money back.

FRAUDS
this company will send you defected items and when you contact them about it they will not get back to you and will lie to your bank that they have not received any messages from you regarding a refund/replacement.
they will blame you for any damaged/stained items they have sent you and claim they did not damage it although they did.
extremely poor customer service.

FRAUD!!! such a bad company sent me damaged item agreed to send a replacement and now lying that I have never contacted them. Fear GOD! how will you stand infront of God on the day of judgement!! whoever has same experience should report them to their bank and get their money back if they have paid by card please claim chargeback & report to trading standards

Big time scammers!!! Stay away from this site. I ordered clothes worth of £120 a month ago and I never received my order. I tried to call and email them but they never responded. Big time scammers!!! I want my back. Bloody scammers!!!🚨‼️‼️

FALSE ADVERTISEMENT... Images do not correlate to actual piece. NO RESPONSE TO EMAIL, very reluctant WhatsApp messages, as if they can't be bothered. If they do something wrong, they expect you to cover it up

I placed an order on exactly 2 weeks and 3 days ago, I've paid over a £100 for my outfit, I haven't received an update. I've rang numerous times and sent emails. I've rang the WhatsApp number, no answer. Don't spend your money here. Its a con. Extremely bad customer service! I want my money back so I can order another suit for the wedding coming up next week! Stay away!

I have ordered few items and I haven’t received any update. Tried many time to call their number no reply, email no reply. Inshallah god will punish this lady. Eating someone else money by scamming. It’s haram for you.

No customer service apalling company who take your payment then ignore any issue with order and send out wrong size and colours do not reply to email or whatsapp and lie about it on website...need to be reported to trading standards and not be allowed to trade as nothing but hassel, they cannot cope or handle any errors they make and do not wish to handle once they have your money! Do not use or you will definetly regret it! AVOID

I ordered an outfit. And did not open it straight away assuming I’d get the perfect item.

Opened it the next day for all the net kind of work to be coming away. I emailed re company and 3 occasions to no reply. Only when messaging on Instagram , they decided to reply. Even then they were not helpful. I did not want the same outfit again so requested another item in my size for the same cost. Lo and behold nothing on their site has my size in anything I liked , so I asked for a refund. And guess what they have ignored me since 7th April.
I cannot understand how someone can run a business like this.
It’s disgusting. I want my money back and I will keep pursuing this until I have my money back

Avoid this company. Paid next day delivery for Eid clothes, which did not arrive on time. When the parcel arrived, the items were incorrect - it’s like they chucked in anything they had in stock! No answer to phone calls or emails.
