I bought the EMBROIDERED LAWN 3PC READYMADE, and it was a great purchase. The lawn is soft and the embroidery is very detailed. It looks beautiful on me.

Fake people. Poor Quality dress. This is my second time I deceived from them. First time I thought mistake but they did the same thing second time as well. I text them on Whatsapp even send them email. But they don't reply. I never purchase from them again never ever.

I paid for next day delivery. They sent me the completely wrong dress! They won’t send me a return label. Ignore my emails, ignore DM messages on Instagram and delete the comments I leave on Instagram rather than deal with the issue. Unprofessional and appalling company do not order from them!! They have time to delete comments but not to deal with the issue they made by sending the wrong dress. I’m sure they didn’t have the dress and just sent whatever and in a different size to. Scammers.

Scam of a company returned my out fits the same day they have confirmation of order received but my money still isn’t back after two months. Dnt know who to message or call.

Fraud scamming company, I received 2 dresses out the 3 and it was painful 3 months of chasing!

Worst experience, fraud company. Dont waste your money, never buy from them.
Absolutely zero customer service.
I order a suit, and due to wrong size i immediately emailed them and request to cancel my order. I sent two emails and left a message on their website chat window, nobody responded for a week. At this point i got worried that my money has been wasted, i was highly doubtful they will even sent me the product.

After a week i got an email that the order has been shipped, i was a bit relieved by thinking at least they shipped the order. But to my further disappointment the order i received was not what i purchased, it was totally different from what was shown on the website.
Absolutely no mention on the website about the return or exchange process.
I gave up by thinking even if i return there is no guarantee they will refund my money.

Somebody should take action against them and bring these matters to consumer court.

This company has a zero customer service policy. If you order something and the product you receive is ok, then well and good. But if you receive a defective product please be aware that however many phone calls emails or texts you send they will completely ignore you. I bought a Maaria B unstitched suit from them which had a very distinctive lace trimming on the hem and sleeves. The suit arrived promptly within a few days of ordering which I was pleased with. However the key elements of the suit, some very distinctive trimming were missing from the package so that it would be impossible to make up the suit to look like the photograph. Also as the trimming, was quite deep, it meant that the length of the sleeves and kameez would not look right without it.
I paid about £84 for the suit, not exactly cheap for an unstitched suit, which is now useless to me.
I would have been happy for them to replace it or refund but they simply will not respond to any calls texts or emails. I will never buy from them again.
Final note: I’ve ordered many things online over the years from many different companies and never had a bad experience with any. Hence I never felt the need to read reviews before buying things online. This company, however has taught me a lesson. If anyone is reading this review, if ever you are buying from a company you have not used before read the reviews. Had I done so I would never have bought from Mirha Textiles. This company should be shut down.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. I ordered a suit not received. They don't answer phones or reply to messages. AVOID!!!!! I Will be reporting them.

What experience, I have still not received my order and nobody is answering my calls or emails.
They are complete scammers.

Don't trust the 5* ratings, it's probably from the company's friends/family. DO NOT ORDER FROM MIRHA TEXTILE!!! I don't really leave bad feedback for anyone but this company is soooo bad! The customer service is really awful, you won't hear from them at all if you have any questions or want a refund. I ordered a suit for eid but it's wasn't the right fit so I tried to contact them to change the size but no response until 2 days before eid and they said they don't have the size that I wanted to I returned the outfit and ordered from another company, to this date I have not had any response about the refund. THEY ARE SCAMMERS!!

they took my money I returned my suit and got nothing I return. They are liars and the biggest scammers. May they burn in HELL !!!!

This time very worse experience they not responding I called them message them regarding my order but not answering didn’t send me any confirmation regarding the order is been 4 days called my card company now they raise the dispute definitely my problem will b solve but for those who wants to order pls don’t order anything from them .

The worst company ever.There is absolutely zero customer service.I have received a damaged suit and sent them various messages but no answer from them.Please BEWARE from this shop.Many other sellers out there who actually respond to you and give good customer service.

They were meant to give me a refund but they ignored until I said credit note is okay and that I need to return as I accidentally did a repeat order because of an error on their site which showed the first payment as not going through when actually it did. So I returned the clothes as they said to, even did signed for delivery which I have proof of but after that they continuously ignored my many messages calls emails etc and blocked me!! So they stole my money and was tricked into returning the suit as well!

Literally the worst company. Have text, emailed and contacted via social media but they keep ignoring me. I returned a product and have not received a refund or credit note so have now contacted trading standards as well as opened a dispute with the bank and ombudsman. Scammers should be caught and fined.

I ordered two dresses but they sent me only one. tried to contact them but they won't reply calls or emails. sent them massages on Facebook page but they blocked me. Mirha textiles are real scammer. They put fake positive reviews by their own people to mask the negative ones.

I placed an order on 30 May and received it just last week. I sent numerous messages, and when I eventually got to speak to someone, he was incredibly rude!! I understand that you don't do refunds, but I would like to point out that one of the dresses did not come with a belt, and I don't think it is worth the effort sending it back to this company!! I will NEVER order from this website again!!!

One of the worst shop ever. Please avoid this shop at all cost . I bought a dress for Eid but they sent me the wrong one and when I brought this up they avoided me. I payed a lot of money yet this is the terrible service I am met with. The good reviews should not be notice with any care they are fabricating their credibility.
