Hassle free, easy to deal with.

More expensive than what I paid a year ago elsewhere for similar service, but all seemed to have gone up. Didn't get many enquiries, but I guess that may not have to do with this particular service.

Thankyou to everyone at Minus the agent. Everyone was helpful and friendly and walked us thru what we needed to know. Nothing seemed too much trouble and their guidance was invaluable making the process of selling our own property so much less daunting. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone and would definitely use them again. The only difficulty was doing some of the computer input but staff were on hand to help me thru. Thanks again

So thrilled I used your service as I sold my place myself without having to pay hefty real estate costs with both commissions and extra adverting expenditures. This is the second time in 20 years that I have sold a property without using an agent and I much prefer to be in control of my sale myself.

Easy to use and obtained good enquiry and secured tenant within 48 hours

I paid $149 which gave me access to an online portal to make my own rental ad which was easy enough. However the ad received very little exposure on the major sites. You must sign up for an additional package to get your ad to show up high in the search. I wasn't prepared to spend any more so I ended up renting my place through gumtree for free.

I found the web site a challenge but the people were good and the end result was achieved.

Great service and the property was rented out in 2 weeks.

Easy to use - we were able to list our property on multiple platforms quickly. We had a minor issue with not receiving an application without prompting & chasing it up, but aside from that, everything was great!

Cheap though can be complex to use, and its good to manage it all by yourself but you need to consult with them at times. They provide accurate information and are polite, but take their time to respond at times, sometimes up to two days.

Very little help at all. Sold by a sign in my yard.

Minus the agent we’re great. I was a bit skeptical at first whether I could sell my property myself, but I figured I had everything to gain and nothing to lose. In the end thanks to MTA and there help, I saved 13k in commission. Boom! With a bit of work and confidence anyone can do it. Will use MTA in the future for sure.
