I have used FSBO a few times now and have found the sign up easy, creating the listing very simple, and on this occasion, had a good offer withing hours of listing. We had good solid enquiries from the point the property was listed online. Having tried previously on Marketplace, it was worth the money to have the listing on primary real estate sites.

I used FSBO to sell my house in WA. Sold in in the first week and saved a small fortune in Real Estate fees! Highly recommend that you try this service out. It is all you need.
