For Sale By Owner Anmeldelser

Forsalebyowner offers clients a unique service which I have found very worthwhile. They are responsive and efficient.

This is the second time I’ve used your company to sell real estate , it’s so simply to use and navigate your listing , Colin the owner is a true professional and a very approachable man always willing to help , why pay an agent 20 odd grand to not do as good a job that you can do yourselves , for sale by owner the only way for me thanx once again Colin

Do it! A great and easy experience.

If you have the small amount of time required to do viewings, sell property yourself. We achieved $20k more than the highest appraisal and saved a minimum of $20k in agent fees 👍

Selling my house by for sale by the owner was a very easy process, I had an offer on my house on the first week of advertising. Dealing with for sale by the owner was so easy, the big four sale board was delivered to my house and erected. I can highly recommend this process. I saved myself $17,000 in commission and I achieved the money I was looking for, Oscar.

They make selling your house a really great experience. So helpful and we got a great response from buyers who were relieved to be able to speak direct with the seller rather than an agent. We ha lots if interst and found 3 potential buyers in the first two weeks.
And save plenty of money . We have a big smile on our faces - thanks For Sale By Owner

Fantastic site and support. Very easy to set up and use.

for Sale By Owner made the process so easy. they answered my questions quickly when I was deciding when to list. They checked in along the way and helped me with extra advertising. the platform is so simple and easy to use.

FSBO is a great option that saves sellers a fortune! It suits sellers who are organised, knowledgeable, confident and enjoy communicating personally. I preferred offering private inspections, instead of doing open houses. Colin and Paul are a great support. FSBO always!

Really easy website to use to write property ad, upload photos and produce brochures. Easy to add weekly open days. Great value and ended in a successful Sale

What a great concept. Once my ad was on-line I started receiving regular enquiries.
Some were from tyre kickers but many were from genuine buyers.
I am very pleased with the new owner and I am looking forward to my retirement.

Easy options for selling and a decent user experience without spending too much money to get it sold.

I have sold a lot of houses through them, their system works at an affordable price. Our homes have been fairly priced, mostly new , and good quality.

Great platform. Easy to use and load images. Also easy to edit and update open times. Very good value for money.

I despise agents with a passion so when it came time to sell my property recently I was pleased to come across this platform. It couldn't have been easier to set up my listing and the support to do so was excellent. They were happy to answer my many questions and guide me every step of the way. I'm happy to say that I sold at a higher price than any agent said I would achieve saving approximately $30k in agents fees and commissions. Enquiries were dealt with promptly and efficiently and buyer's were delighted they didn't have to deal with an agent and had the opportunity to deal with the owner directly. I too enjoyed the ability to sell my own home without the restrictions or pressure from unruly real estate agents. I would not hesitate recommending forsalebyowner to anyone looking to sell their home.

Selling your own home is not so hard in Western Australia. Using FSBO was good because it kept our fees low. There were a few things that we really needed to get right first time and didn't. No.1 is set your price right. This is the hardest. Sorting through the offers is stressful and I ended up getting Keyhive to do that for us and it took away the stress big time. They were great and not expensive. FSBO is a great idea and it generally seems to work very well. The only downside is that the realestate .com.au listing is small and goes to the end of the list of properties using a premium listing. This makes it harder to be found as almost all agents use premium. I ended up upgrading the listing, but that was a big price increase. I didn't realize the basic price will get you less views.

Every step is very easy I will never use a real estate agent again

It was really easy to sell through this company. Their website is very easy to use and they are very helpful if needed. Saved a fortune in real estate fees and would use again if needed.

I have utilized ForSaleByOwner since 2021 and have remained consistently happy with the service provided. The team remain diligent and attentive to the nuances that can occur in certain situations and monitor progress, ensuring the system is not abused. Well done. A very happy long term client.
