The shipping on my order for two pairs of the Street Cargo Shorts was extremely slow, taking five weeks to arrive from the date I placed the order to the delivery date.

But what's most egregious is the fact that they blatantly lied on their product page that the shorts are 99% cotton - the product I received is in fact 100% polyester. NOT what you want for quality, long-lasting clothing. These will be swim trunks for me, if they ever get used.

This has been my final lesson to not impulse-buy anything that uses Instagram for marketing, especially when they clearly use AI in the ads.

This is the worst place to buy anything from. The quality of the clothing is horrible and the clothing itself looks nothing like they advertise. You also have to wait 4 weeks or more to receive your items. Truly the worst. Their return policy is store credit only. I would rather donate these items than get a store credit. I will never purchase from this site again. Lesson learned!

This complaint is for the company selling clothes. I saw it was called "We Love Street" Then i recieved correspondence from Mubarak claiming the company is called "Minimal Vintage". Absolutely no paperwork came in the package..not even how to properly wash the shirts. Can you use a washing machine, can you use the dryer? Nothing.
I saw the ad for wrinkle free, stretchy dress shirts and agreed to purchase the 5 shirt promotion they encouraged. All in medium size. After waiting close to 4 weeks the package arrived but only 4 of the 5 shirts were medium , the other was some sort of left over size close to a small. Once you alert the company and their guy Mubarak about their error, they will gas light you and start the rhetoric.
All of a sudden, you can't get a refund if you bought a promotional deal like a Muti shirt package.
Even if you do ask for an exchange , they will force you to pay return shipping.. even if it's the company's error in the first place!
The material came all creased and has wrinkles even though they claim it's wrinkle resistant.
Also material claims to be super stretchy but it only has a tiny amount (6%) of the elasticity material, the rest doesn't stretch. So misleading.
They are scammers and you would be wise to find another company. I will be reporting them to BBB and their advertising on Facebook will soon be over.

An item was missing from my package. Customer service replied but never tried to solve the issue or offer a refund. I contacted them many times, but they kept making excuses and told me to wait. The last time I reached out was a few weeks ago, and I never received a reply. This webshop is a scam – do not order from them.

Same experiences as a lot of people on the review page - you order somthing and get something else. Takes ages and quality is shocking. Do not buy from them.
I bought two trousers and ordered blue got it in black. I was very dissapointed.

Item sent was entirely the wrong size. Minimal Vintage then wanted to charge me almost 50% of the total cost to post it back to them - despite it being their error. When I pointed this out, they stopped replying to my messages. Terrible experience and customer service. Don't buy from here.

Do not purchase from here, I have immediately requested a refund and after 3 or 4 emails with them trying to offer everything else but a refund they are now not responding. Products are not at all as advertised on the website and come a lot smaller than UK or US sizes, colours are also completely off.

I recently placed an order through Minimal Vintage, but after seeing the reviews RE: sizing I decided to cancel my order.

However, Minimal Vintage is refusing to honour my cancellation despite me cancelling within their 24-hour cancellation period. Their customer support is just stalling and never offers a refund, despite us emailing for over a week. I cannot emphasise how frustrating they are to deal with, and I strongly encourage you to avoid this company.

Do not order from them. Clothes are terrible quality, incorrectly sized and when you ask for a refund they will cease communications or try and charge you extortionate money to ship out alternative sizes (for me it was £60). I ended up having to go through my credit card insurance to reclaim my money from them. Avoid like the plague.

Minimal Vintage is an illegal scam company. I ordered clothing. Received two different incorrect sizes. They don’t respond to my request for refund. I now see they have scammed many, many people. Mubarak, their contact is horrible, unprofessional and no help whatsoever. My next move is to Better Business Bureau, Attorney General, Reddit, and many other outlets to stop this company!!

Scammers. Ordered two “ silky and stretchy shirts”. Material is crap. The sizes run small. Their refund policy states 30 days. I contacted them immediately upon receipt. Sent 5 emails, 5 phone calls no replies. Sent the merchandise back to the address on their website the post office returned it back. I am out $96 plus $15 in shipping. Stay away from these scammers.

Scratchy plastic-like material of the cheapest kind, and leg lengths for small people - in Asia I imagine.
Long wait times for delivery too.

ordered 2 shirts size large which is the size of every shirt I have. the particular ones are large for a 10 year old, they don't even fit to a friend that his size is small

Utterly dreadful. The materials, cut, and finish look like they were created by a 3-year-old with their opposite hand. Do not buy from here. It's just poor quality labour repackaged to look Western and premium, I thought I was buying from a UK company but it's all just drop shipped from the very lowest of the low factory in Asia. Nothing wrong with a good Asian factory — everything is wrong with a poor one. I sense there are some very questionable working conditions. Do not but from here — it's an absolute catfish setup.

Ordered a pair of trousers, too small and not what they looked like in the photos.
I wanted a full refund but after going backwards and forth with them over emails for a month, they just ignored me.

If you are thinking of buying from these people.. DONT.. you'll only be disappointed specially for how much items cost.

This is the worst company I've ever done business with. They are a scam and I am contacting the State Attorney General's Office in their jurisdiction. I'm trying to return an unworn, new jacket within the 30-day return window and they're giving me the runaround. Pathetic as I'm in the middle of cancer treatment and I have to deal with these dishonest turds. I wonder if any of them are here illegally?

I ordered trousers from this company and when i received the product it was of very poor quality and the stitching was loose. The tag on the inside was in Chinese, which leads me to believe they're made in China with a cheap synthetic bland rather than 100% cotton or majority cotton blend. The material also feels cheap, thin, and weak. Their website does not specify the ratio of materials used either.

When i asked support for a refund they said they only offer an in-store credit and return shipping costs would fall on me. However, for this occasion they would provide an exchange product for my dissatisfaction.

When i chose a replacement product for the exchange they sent me another invoice to pay which was not advised of before.
