Sizing is nowhere near accurate. Attempted to return and was given the runaround, to the point where I gave up. Would not buy from them again.

Come on people.. these are FAKE COMMENTS on FB 😒. I got mine, they run small, tried to ONLY exchange for bigger size, they wanted 25.00 fee to exchange and ship new ones. I requested just a refund. They STOPPED ALL COMMUNICATION. BOGUS COMPANY.. DO NOT TRUST

I strongly advise avoiding KangooSport at all costs.

I followed their return policy exactly as written—returned the item on time, in the required condition, and to the address provided. Only after doing everything correctly did they come back and claim that the return address on the shipping label was “not the correct one,” and that I now need to ship it somewhere else internationally at a much higher cost if I want a full refund.

Their exact response was essentially: if you want 100% of your money back, you’ll have to pay an unreasonably expensive international shipping fee. In other words, they are shifting the burden onto the customer after the fact, despite the customer complying fully with their stated policy.

This is not just poor customer service—it’s a blatant refusal to honor their own return terms. No legitimate company should operate this way.

On top of that, the product quality was extremely disappointing—cheap materials, poor construction, and nothing like what was advertised.

Between the low-quality products and the refusal to properly process a valid return, this company demonstrates a complete lack of accountability. I would strongly recommend that others stay far away unless you’re prepared to lose your money or fight for a refund.

Do not buy from this company. They blatantly missold the product and refused to pay return postage to China. The product was nothing like what was advertised on Instagram.

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. After a horror story of delivery -- I finally got the clothing which do NOT fit right or look like the pictures. The product doesn't fit or look right AT ALL. I sent a few emails trying to find out how to return the items and they told me to send $30 for replacement and to give the original items to someone in need. NO JOKE!!!! TO GIVE TO SOMEONE IN NEED. - I Reacched out to them again - and one mor3e time they said to send them $30 and give the original items to someone in need and they will send me the size I need - again. NO WAY ! DO NOT BUY FROM. THEM

Do not buy from them. I repeat do not buy from them. I ordered a pair of pants from them and they’re tracking says it was delivered no proof of delivery no photos like everybody else does but I never received the item. so I must’ve exchanged over 20 emails with them. They’re saying that I received a product which I didn’t and they want me to spend 15% more to send a new pair and they couldn’t give me a refund so those are my options so do not buy for them. I already lost my money and never gonna see it again. I had no idea they were from China or else I would’ve never bought it so do yourself a favor do not purchase from them.

Never deal with this company, firstly they got the order all wrong, completely different product and wrong size, and then would not respond to emails or requests for return for corrct goods, when they finally dei respond they offered 10% refund and to keep the order. after that I hever heard from them again, I just waster $250, dont make the same mistake I did....

Customer service is horrible. Trying to refund pants and three times now the rep is trying to get me to accept some other “deal” and refuses to send me a return shipping label or process the return in any way.

Horrible poduct, worse customer service in recent memory, ok, Comcast is worse, but just barely.

They sent the wrong size. Upon engaging their support team (web-form eMail only), they told me not to worry, "donate or dispose of the incorrect size" and then they asked for "$45 additional to have items resent.". For "Free Shipping and Easy Returns", this is unacceptable.

I pushed back, they offered to reduce it to $30. I protested, sent multiple eMails stating that this was not a satisfactory option, and then just this morning, suggested a compromise of $25.

Unacceptable.

I contated Shop, their order management service, and Shop dissavows any support of their clients, so they suggested I contact my bank to stop payment and define the interaction as fraudulent.

I did submit this as fraud and contested the charge.

We aware, this is a fast-fashion garbage site full of scammy staff.

Poor quality items from China. I checked the website before ordering and it looked genuine - do not be fooled!
Bought 3 pairs of shorts that are unsuitable and do not fit. Returns policy is to email to request a return...... unsurprisingly emails are going unanswered.

From the website I expected a decent outdoor pair of shorts. The package comes from China and the shorts look really cheap and flimsy. Not at all what was promised! Will never order from again.

I couldn't put no stars because that's what Kangoosports deserves.
I ordered some shorts weeks ago from this company, which just arrived this weekend.. the packaging looks Chinese.. the item didn't resemble the picture on the website at all so I wanted to return it! Here's where it gets messy... try to find their returns policy.. you'll find you have to email them.. I did and was over three successive days offered a 15%, 30% and today a 40% refund if I keep the shorts.. here's the message from this morning! :
Dear customer,
We are sorry. Our correct return address is not the one on the shipping bag.
If you want a 100% refund, you need to return the goods to the correct delivery address.
The return shipping fee will be very high and it is not cost-effective for you.
So we can give you a 40% refund as compensation, can you accept it?
Looking forward to your answer.
Total and utter scam merchants.. do not, I repeat do not send your money to this company... you will NOT see it again!

I ordered a pair of cargo shorts. Size was ok but the quality of the shorts was so poor I couldn't believe it. Zippers with no pockets and even then the zippers broke immediately. No buttons or Velcro on the cargo pockets. Side pockets far too small. Overall they looked like they had been produced for less than £1 and sold for around £27. When I asked to return them I was offered a 30% refund and told to give them away. I would advise anyone of thinking of buying these shorts to look elsewhere. Saw some good reviews of the shorts on their website and I'd do a back flip if they were genuine (and I can't do a back flip anyway).

The cargo shorts took several weeks to arrive and when they did they were much too large and not like the photo at all. I Emailed them to try to return them for a refund and all I got were replies with no content except my invoice. I do not recommend buying from them.

Awful company to deal with, totally unhelpful. Size chart is simply not trust worthy, no free returns policy so be careful. Don’t be swayed by what you see advertised. Be very warned about this online company.

NO. When ordering "multi pocket cargo" hiking shorts shorts , I ordered much larger (3XL) than my American size XL or 38w. I received shorts that had compartment zippers with no pockets, just (eye roll) decorative, and 5-6 inches too small at the waist. Advertising "Easy, free returns, I wrote to customer service and received a 3 day series of minimal offers ranging from charging me 15.00 to receive another 'suitable pair" (this was their largest size), to offers of 15% refund (5.27), then 20, then 30, then 40% (14.00)on a 34.99 item charge and no shipping included. The problem for them is they are not at the American address they were sent to me from, but in China, so the shipping means someone has to lose money..it was me.

Like many others have said, Kangoosport is a total scam. I saw their add on FB for the 3/4 length shorts. Great looking and size. I bought the 4 pack for £89.
Fast forward 2 1/2 weeks.
When trying to find out where my delivery was, i realised this wasnt a UK company but that the items were coming from China.
A few days later they arrived.....and what utter crap they are.
Very cheap and thin material. Way too small a size. AND NOT 3/4 LENGTH!!
These sit above the knee and look like the shorts the neighbour who likes fishing in an 1980s comedy show!
They are aweful looking!
Contacted the company and they said for $30 they would send me more!
I replied no! I want a full refund!
They then said they would offer me a 15% refund.
I replied no! I want a full refund!
They then offered me a 30% refund.
I replied no! I want a full refund!

They then said they could do a full refund but I would have to send them back to China with a label THEY WOULD PROVIDE! Which they said would be very expensive...or...they could offer me a 40% fund.

I replied no! I will be returning them for a full refund and i will return them at my label creating expense. Which I shouldnt be paying according to their returns policy.

Im now awaiting a reply..

I paid through Paypal and have opened a dispute. There is also a company called resolvecall who ive used before and recieved full refunds. So if you ened up in the same position as me, check them out.

Item nothing like advertised. Material cheap and thin. Took ages to arrive from China. Size not correct and unable to return. Won't give me a refund. Awful service.
