Good service doesnt have to cost more
Minicabs.co.uk - has always been my choice going to/fro airports - good service - prompt arrival for pickup, helpful driver.. pleasure ride and its not expensive either. reasonable fixed rate - no ride cancellation at last moment.

Excellent service from ease of booking via the App. Punctual (On time). Very helpful driver. Drive smooth and within time advised considering time of evening. Driver very knowledgeable and offered comfort, regarding car heating and bottled water. Highly recommend this Minicab company. I have used them many times! Always courteous and understanding.

Driver arrived but then decided to go the Mosque!
Driver arrived to pick me up from airport as my luggage had not quite arrived he sent me a message to say he was going to the mosque to pray!
Luggage subsequently arrived within 5 mins of his message so I responded advising that I was out and where to meet. He then said he would be a further 20 mins.
Sorry but either the driver is working or he isn't. Whilst I am sympathetic to religious needs it should not impact the customer.

have booked several times with the company and first time I have such a bad experience. The driver was extremely rude lied that he texted me he had arrived called was shouting threatened to leave was driving fast overall a horrible experience and doubt I will be booking with them again. delays are inevitable, it’s not a free service I am a paying customer and should never be treated this way.

Prompt service and friendly drivers
Prompt service and friendly drivers. Extremely accommodating business owner who kept us up to date the entire time after we landed back in the UK from holiday. Even sent the taxis earlier than requested as we took less time leaving the airport than expected. Very happy and will definitely recommend to others.

The driver was very rude
The driver was very rude. I booked this cab service to pick up my grandad and take him to Heathrow airport. When making the booking I said he was an elderly man and would need help. The driver came late,called me and I had missed the call. I called back and he starts shouting down the phone saying he has another job after and he's been waiting outside for a long time and being rude. I asked him why didn't he just ring the doorbell if he was outside. He continued shouting and hanged up the phone. He took my grandad and wasn't helpful at all
