The quality of the print is really good! Very please with the result :) customer support was also prompt at replying when I had an issue with delivery!
One piece of constructive feedback: maybe it was me but I hadn’t immediately understood how much the cost of international shipping was - higher than I expected initially, but then again it was my choice to pick this shop!

Great for test prints
I wanted to test print a 3D model I had created recently and the place I normally went to 3D print went out of business. The prints I got from them were very nice, good details, a lot more sturdy then thought they would have been and overall a great quality at a great price.
My only quip about the experience would be that I was a little confused about the differing print qualities. I ordered the model I wanted printed in all 3 available print qualities to try and understand the differences between them, but found they were not all too different from one another. My only suggestion might be to better define the differences on the website and showcase the differences with photos so people can make a more informed decision.
Other then that great place that does great work.

You’re right — in the new platform we’re working on, we’ll make sure to present the differences between our resin types much more clearly. Your idea of showing photo examples is excellent, and we’ll definitely use it — thank you for the suggestion.
That said, the differences between the three resins can be quite hard to spot with the naked eye, as they are more technical and affect the miniature’s everyday use and durability rather than its look.
• Detail resin offers the highest resolution, but the difference is only visible under at least a 3x magnifier and with very close inspection compared to Gaming resin.
• Gaming resin is sturdier and withstands most “gaming” handling. For example, if a Gaming resin miniature and a Detail resin miniature were to fall from the same height, the Gaming one would typically sustain none or less damage.
• Ultra resin combines both qualities, and in a direct side-by-side comparison, it’s often difficult to distinguish it from the other two.

A very happy customer
I ordered 10 minis in 54mm which was not the original scale. The works on those minis has been flawless. This is the best 3d printing service I've ever used.

The packaging was excellent
The packaging was excellent except for a few miniatures with slightly bent weapons and only one with a chipped end. Honestly, the care put into it is evident, they were packaged very well. The shipping was slow due to Easter, so I can't blame them for that either.

Prints Came out Well
I am highly satisfied with the prints. I ordered Trench Crusade miniatures (Sniper Priest and Combat Engineer) and they came out high-quality and immediately workable, and I was able to get to work painting on the day of retrieval.
