Being a first timer in the field of buying a high valued watch, online, I was pleasantly surprised at how at ease I was after talking to both Jerry and Keith at Milton's. I got my purchase by next day delivery, as promised and I love my new watch. Thank you

I have now purchased 4-watches from you…
I have now purchased 4-watches from you 2 of which I have had to return due to faults. The first watch was a Ladies Rolex Date-just that was returned due to the winder not engaging when pulled out to change the date or the time and the second watch, a gents Breitling had a similar issue. I returned this watch and decided I didn't actually like and went onto purchase a Rolex submariner that I have just opened to discover it has the same problem as the first ladies Rolex. purchased from you. to add to this i was told this Submariner has just had a full service, however I now disbelieve this to be true. I currently own a gold Rolex Submariner which had a full service 6-months ago and works perfectly. So I am bitterly disappointed at the overall experience.

Beautiful 9ct Chain
I've never purchased gold jewellery without seeing it before. Bought a 9ct chain and it arrived the next day. Excellent communication, really detailed descriptions of each item on the site and item is exactly as pictured. 10/10
