I recently purchased a ring from Milton's, from start to finish I had exceptional service, all staff have been very friendly and helpful with any queries. The ring is beautiful and looks brand new, it came in a beautiful box and matching bag with all certificates. Highly recommend purchasing from here, I never felt pushed for a sale like I have in previous jewellery stores.

Lewis was a very helpful and knowledgeable staff member who kept his fact finding promise and called when he said he would. He was very amenable and made buying a piece of jewellery a very pleasant experience, great service all round and looking forward to collecting my item as soon as it is ready.
Would always recommend Miltons over the years we have bought various items and always been happy.

I had an issue with a dislodged diamond in my ring. I was quoted an extortionate price elsewhere. I took it back to miltons, they fixed my ring for a fraction of the price. It looks amazing and Im so grateful. Massive thank you to the team

A beautiful Tanzanite ring caught my eye in the window of this jewellery shop and my husband went in to check the size. When I followed the door was held open for me politely by a smiling assistant; the person dealing with my husband was professional courteous friendly knowledgeable and applied no pressure at all!
This gentleman was able to get the ring resized within a few hours, and we returned to collect the ring and documents the same day, even though it was Easter Saturday!
We were then presented with a bottle of champagne… Another lovely surprise.

I travelled up to purchase a lovely Gold necklace from where I live on the South Coast to the Church Street Liverpool shop. Yes, it really was worth the nearly 600 mile round trip to get a great buy. Thank you to all the Staff at Miltons who were all so professional. So too for the swift receipt of my Valuation. A very happy Customer.

I went to Milton’s for a present for my daughter 30th don’t really know what I wanted. The assistant Rachel listen to what I thought she may like and came up with lots of great ideas. I bought the perfect necklace with her help.

I would like to say a few words about Pauline who works at St John’s Precinct Liverpool. This is the second purchase I have made and Pauline has advised me over both. She is knowledgeable, extremely helpful, seems to know what I want and is very patient while I have been making up my mind. The staff have always been very pleasant and welcoming and don’t seem to mind me asking for Pauline. Hopefully I will be asking her advice in the near future.

From the moment we arrived everybody was so welcoming and made you feel so comfortable while in the jewellers. Lindsey served us and was really accommodating in finding exactly what we were looking for and that sort of service makes it a great place to visit!

Travelled from Wiltshire to buy an engagement ring. On arrival was greeted by Mel on front desk.
I requested to try on two rings from the window, she provided excellent knowledge on the rings , especially as this was my first experience in a jewellers.
I found a beautiful engagement ring where I asked to place this aside and come back the next day to make a decision. The next day I asked more questions about the ring where she provided me with options of wedding bands to go alongside the ring. I asked questions about the service they provide and i was so impressed of her knowledge and confidence throughout.
Amazing to have such brilliant service and kindness during my first experience buying my first diamond with my fiancée.

I wish there was 10 stars to select due to the AMAZING service I received from Kieran in the St Helens Miltons Jewellers store! To say I was impressed with the service is an understatement. I had to sell some jewellery due to personal reasons and from the minute I called the St Helens store just to enquire and heard Kierans voice I knew I was in good hands! He was so friendly, emphatic and made the situation I was in so much easier. As I was a bit confused about the model watch I was selling he went above & beyond messaging me on WhatsApp to check the type of watch. A free valuation was provided within 5 minutes over the phone when he called me back, really clear advice about what I needed to bring and although I knew I had to shop around, which Kieran encouraged, I kind of knew even then it would be Miltons St Helens I went to just because of how fantastic Kieran was and how friendly, knowledgeable, efficient & kind. When I went to the store we were met with a lovely warm welcome and although I had still managed to confuse matters by saying the picture Kieran sent me on whatsapp was the same watch I was selling, Kieran reassured me, took full control & within 10 minutes got me a really competitive price on the actual model of watch I was selling, that was above what I had been offered elsewhere, really competitive and cleaned, valued and took a couple of other jewellery items as well (all free of charge). The money was in my account within the hour followed up with a lovely courtesy message letting me know!

I was blown away if Im honest at how good the service was and felt like I was dealing with a friend rather than a company.

I would always now use Miltons as my jewellers hopefully in better circumstances next time and I have already told all my family & friends how great the service was

Just another note: Another lovely lady in there (I didnt get her name) sorted my watch battery within 10 minutes at a great price when I asked off the cuff if they did watch battery replacements whilst Kieran was re valuing the actual watch model and additional items. Another lovely staff member who was really friendly and happy to help

Honestly I couldn’t recommend Milton’s St Helens enough and they are really lucky to have Kieran working there who in my opinion provided one of the best services I have ever had - Thank you so very much Kieran

This has to be the worst jewellers ever, over the years I have spent thousands of pounds in here, the biggest ever mistake though is when I put an expensive ring in to be altered. They damaged the Emerald beyond repair and basically washed their hands of it. Despite months of empty promises of how they would replace the stone they damaged nothing was ever done. NEVER will I spend another penny in any of their shops. At best their jewellers are incompetent, at worst they just don’t care

Milton's Church Street, excellent service, good teamwork, Sharon went the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction, helped by her team mate Niaomi who suggested a purchase could be put aside for me.

Great experience from the moment my husband and I walked in the door. The online response prior to my appointment booking was also excellent, thanks to Michael. All of the staff we encountered were polite & welcoming. Pauline’s customer service was superb, I explained I was only looking and she reassured me there was no pressure to buy. Her knowledge was exceptional and she was good fun, we had over an hour with her trying on a number of watches.
I went in looking at a Rolex & left buying a pair of diamond earrings ! Her customer service was so good I am going back for the Rolex watch - deposit paid . I will be recommending Milton’s .

From the moment we walked into Miltons we were made to feel very welcome and Mark was so lovely, wanting to know all about our story. We weren't pressured and the whole experience was so nice. I had a lovely Experience in the Birkenhead Miltons store, Mark and Lena were extremely accommodating, knowledgeable and helpful. They assisted me with any questions I had and it felt like a luxury service. I was shown different pieces and nothing was too much to ask which made me feel so comfortable as I wanted to pick the item for me. I was beyond happy when I left the store, the item was packaged beautifully. For this reason I would absolutely go back again purely because of how kind the employees were. Couldn’t recommend more they are both diamonds and a credit to represent the store <3
