Exceptional company
Exceptional company. I’ve ordered online twice now once for a bracelet for my mother in laws birthday and the second for a matching necklace for Christmas. Both times I’ve had great contact with the jewellers over their business WhatsApp which I loved! I was able to see real life pictures of the jewellery both in the box and on a model. They were very efficient at replying and very accommodating when I kept asking for pictures. It can be a little daunting buying something so expensive online without actually seeing the item but everything was as described and perfect. Delivery was speedy and safe too, it was a signed for package on next day.

Beautiful purchase, great customer service
Saw a ring I really liked on their website but not my size. I emailed and asked if it could be resized to fit me and was quickly told yes it could. I emailed back and asked if I could be given the dimentions of the setting to give me a clear picture. No reply so next day I phoned (incase it got sold) and the lady couldnt be more helpful. I got the ring after resizing and it only took a couple of days. Ring fits perfect and really lovely. Definitely be using them again. Top class and many thanks to the lady in the Walton branch (i believe) for her lovely helpful manner.

Miltons Diamonds - spot on
I contacted Miltons Diamonds and spoke to a really kind and very helpfully lady called Kate. She answered all my questions and was very professional. I explained the item I wanted was for my husbands birthday and once I paid for the item she sorted the postage to arrive on a day that suited me. Item came on time and is PERFECT! I am over the moon with the item and service I received! Would recommend Miltons to all my family and friends!

Exceptional customer service and excellent products
The customer service and product quality from Miltons Diamonds far exceeded my expectations. The staff members I dealt with were incredibly helpful as well as being very kind and patient. My purchase was delivered in a day as promised and arrived beautifully packaged. I am not affiliated to this company in any way but would definitely use them again and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.
