I've attended several courses over the past couple of years at the Millbank Land Academy. All have been excellent, highly recommended.

The new Permitted Development Rights come with plenty of caveats. This is not like the previous Class O Office to Residential. You need to understand all the detail behind the statutory instrument and Millbank Land Academy examine it with you in forensic detail. Learn it before the competition from the best in the business.

Paul and the Millbank team gave an in-depth review of the latest changes to planning regs and more importantly what opportunities they present. I am sure other trainers can describe the changes, but Paul's insight comes from decades of hands-on planning and development experience and dealing with real planning officers and committees. I like that Paul is also concerned with creating pleasant and liveable homes. He dives into the minutiae of the regs, flags up the potential pitfalls and the necessary checks which should be part of your site appraisal. That said he also shares great ideas for development where perhaps others are not looking.

The presentation was full of excellent content specifically regarding permitted development rights and the impact of the new class uses. It was delivered with clarity and I’m looking forward to implementing these angles into my business model.

This knowledge coupled with in-depth insight into the whole development process gives an incredible picture into the impacts and opportunities that the new legislation provides.

I attended a Millbank workshop on the new Use Class Order and PD Rights changes, and it was an invaluable guide to what the new changes entail, and of particular importance, it got beyond the glossy headlines into the essential nitty gritty details. The new changes present many new opportunities for development, but there are lots of caveats and restrictions that need to be properly understood to make the most of them. With Millbank's typical no bs approach, this training will equip you to benefit from and not fall foul of the new opportunities these changes present.

The training received through Millbank is excellent and 100% relevant. Paul and team does development themselves and that come across in the training, they know their stuff. I’m definitely not finished learning through them.

Another great day with Millbank with good quality information and insight on the latest changes within the planning system. With so much information that has been released recently involving the change of use class orders and permitted development rights, it was really helpful to have Paul explain what the impact of these changes meant and what opportunities lie ahead.
