Horrible customer service item not as described, they refuse to take items back had to open claim in PayPal! Do not order anything from these people they are not US military made in America product it’s made in China and they don’t care about you!

Very disappointed. All I got was the stocking. None of the items pictured in it. $35 for a stocking is out of line when it contained no items pictured.

This company appears to be based in the USA. The company ships from China. I have been waiting over a month and have yet to receive items. I contacted the company and they apologized for the delay. There is no delay. The company isn’t honest about the wait time or where the items are coming from. Do not order. Hoping the items will be ok and if not they accept returns or will have to file a dispute.

I definitely saved some money with the mystery box. I didn't hit the jackpot so to say but I did save about 40-45 % off the fees had I bought the items separately. I know other people have had more luck than me but it is what it is.

The order arrived before I even noticed it. I was preparing for a week-long wait but it didn't take more than 5-6 days and I am satisfied.. the price is great!

The delivery wasn't overly good but it wasn't too bad either as we had to wait for 8 days to receive it so I'm not going to make an issue out of that because expedited delivery wasn't an option anyways. For this price, it's a steal so we are satisfied!

We reached out to them for a stuck order (it didn't move in transit) and the support sorted us out right away. Got the product 24 hours later and I am good here!

I came here after getting scammed, a military kit box and all i got was a sleeping bag, nothing to do with the mystery box, make a complaint to the card provider.. please if u r reading this.. please avoid at all cost and please report the ad to google as counterfeit which i have already done.. def this company is based in china

Terrible products. Cheap China made crap. When I requested a return/refund they declined. $49 for a tiny cheap, plastic, empty fishing box and cheap plastic compass. DO NOT BUY from this company!

DO NOT ORDER!! This is a scam. No refunds/exchange on anything. All sales are final. Items take 4 weeks or more to get. Customer serivce is garbage! I was told by customer service I should of checked the size chart before I ordered. We'll I did and their sizes are so off. Buyer beware!

I would give them a zero. Absolutely do not buy from this company. It is a scam. Going on four weeks still have not received my order. They keep telling me all sales are final. Three times they have told me this. It's not final if I have never received. I asked them for a phone number. They won't provide.

If i could give a - with a warning I would DO NOT BUY from this company - received item - water bottle - was shattered and no answer nothing.

I threatened with legal action and that helped. They sent my order but I'm very disappointed in the quality of the material of the hoodies. They are not worth the price. Temu has better quality hoodies and that's how bad they look
I placed an order with them 25 July 2024, today is 13 August 2024.
If still to receive my order. I email them since a week ago and every day the person says they will follow up. But I'm the only one that's following up. I'm so frustrated and angry.

Wish I would have found these reviews before I bought a flashlight that they sent without the rechargeable battery. The support team told me it was a customs restriction so they couldn't send it, and then refused to give me a refund.

I NEVER write bad reviews, however this one I made an exception for. I ordered the TrailBlazer Emergency Solar Powered Radio months ago. They said it was delivered on May 25th. Hmmmm OK... I never received it or a confirmation of delivery. I emailed the company with the tracking number and they said it was delivered and told me to contact the post office. I spoke with a USPS employee who said it was delivered, however it was not delivered to 'my' address. He mentioned there was another address on the delivery label that it was delivered to. So now I am back to emailing this company and asking them asking them for next steps. Any reputable company would have done the right thing and sent another one out for delivery, if nothing else for the inconvenience and just doing the right thing. Send now, work out the mishap later for the best customer service experience and the potential for continued future orders. Now after reading other reviews, I kick myself for not reading these sooner. Shame on this company for poor products and/or lack of delivery at all. I want a refund or the product I was promised. It's not that hard.

Do not order from this company. The stuff comes from China, which they don’t tell you. I tried stopping my product the day after I ordered it because I read others reviews. No response for numerous days. Finally I got an email stating it had already been processed and was being shipped. I told them I canceled it but again was told the same answer. I got it now and again emailed and told them I wanted to ship it back. Received an email stating, since it was on sale there’s no returns. No where in there ad does it say that. Beware this company is a total sham
