I bougjt two sets of laterns from MM. I should have checke dthe sizes because when they arrived they were tiny. But they only sent one set, when I had ordered and paid for two. I emailed them to find out where the 2nd set had goit to, but they didnt reply. Makes stuff twice as expensive when they only send half the order.

I won't waste a lot of time explaining everything that is wrong with this business, because my experience is the same as many other customers who have been badly treated.

In their auto-reply blurb, they claim; We really do appreciate your email, our customers really do matter to us and will try to get back to you as soon as possible but we are only a small company with limited staff and whilst we are dispatching orders and serving customers in our shops sometimes there may be a delay in responding to emails. They add that we have been in business for 26 years, and are not a fly-by-night company.

Yeah right. Three weeks later, I have not received any help. They promise to call back but they never do. I bought a pair of boots that appeared okay cosmetically, but one boot leaks like a sieve.

Military Mark is an appalling company with zero customer service or care. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Was slightly worried after reading some of these reviews when I’d ordered for the first time a day earlier!
I got my first order within 48 hours and my second order in under 24 hours!!
I don’t know how they did that but I can only give feedback on the service I’ve had and its been excellent on both occasions.

Paid for order start of January 2026. To date nothing received no communication. I asked for order to be cancelled and refunded, no reply. They are happy to keep your money and not send your order. Be careful. This is a scam site.

Purchased a few items from here and they used to be good to buy from, My last purchase British Army Deployment bag Grade 1 arrived with no feet just holes in the bottom of the bag and the inside of the bag was full off mud screws sachets of sugar. I phoned them and they said Sorry if you want to return we have a better one to replace it with, so I go ahead and return for replacement, return gets delivered I hear nothing 2 days later I call and they say oh we refunded you, but my bank shows nothing not even pending, 3 hours later I get a notification from them that they have refunded, So they did not refund me and they did not bother to do an exchange.
The bag received was Grade 2 not grade 1

I bought a new Game Stealth jacket (£80) and a new Water proof Bob Hat (£5) coming to £94.98 with postage. The jacket is great but I subsequently discovered that I could have bought it directly from Game postage free. As for the hat it is unwearable as it is way too small and to return it costs £3.99 so not worth it, instead I will use it to keep my boiled eggs warm! As for communication and speed of delivery - very poor. As I always tell people, check on Trustpilot before you buy, next time I will listen to my own advice!

Purchased three different products from them on 26 October 2025.
One item arrived last week, but to date the other two products are nowhere to be seen.
I have emailed MilitaryMart LTD, but they do not respond.
Customer service is non existent
I will not be using this company anytime soon

This company is a disgrace.
They delivered me faulty trousers on the 9th of September, I report this to them the next day via email….Ignored.
Two more emails…..Ignored.
Called the shop in Llangollen…… “Sorry can’t help, need to try the other place!”Phoned the other place, “We are very sorry this happened, the email department are really bad. Use return tab on website instead and we will give you a full refund and remove the restocking fee as the goods are faulty” Goods returned……..
Email confirmation of receiving goods on 24/9/25 and told they will process refund…….
Another email from them asking me to complete the return! I replied stating that they have already received the items………… Ignored.
So far 4 email and two phone calls and still no refund. Order made on 7th of September, today is the 28th of October.
Disgusting service. Maybe this will wake them up and they will stop ignoring the sale of goods act.

It seems that this may have prompted some action. Most of my cash has been returned apart from £3.99 for postage. FOR THEM TO SEND ME SOMETHING I DID NOT WANT! Despite being told on the phone that this charge would not be added.
A truly shameful company.

Non existent customer service. Never received any email when the order was shipped as promised consequently the parcel was delivered when we weren't home and left outside in the rain. I had previously emailed for an update and that wasn't answered either.
I should have checked the reviews before ordering. Very amateurish way of doing business

AVOID THIS SELLER.Item purchased 7th Aug,no size charts on site so used their on-line chat where they come up with a size.This was two sizes smaller than my usual size.I thought they knew best so ordered.Item arrived of course it was too small and went through their returns process.Marked as recieved by carrier.No response from the vendor for a week then email sent requesting the return! Tried to contact over phone - engaged sound .Tried on-line chat and kept going round in circles.No refund an no exchange for larger size.I feel as if I have been skillfully manipultaed by their system

Ok, I understand it’s cheap kit, but the coat I ordered was actually disgusting. Stinking of mothballs, falling apart, horrible item. Opened parcel in the kitchen it went immediately out to the bin. Deeply unsatisfactory experience. Wouldn’t trust again.

I ordered over a week ago. The confirmation emails says they will update me on the order when it's dispatched. No emails.

I can't contacted them on their customer service email, with no replies. Shocking customer service as it is non existent

Never ever buy from here. Spoke to them on Live chat and said goods expiry date was in a year. Arrived EXPIRED. Tried to contact them many times no response then updates their product page saying it’s expired lol. Refused to reply had to open a paypal case.
Never buy massive SCAM

That star is too much, as it's been 21 days and still no goods. Many emails and social media, yet they seem to ignore them. I have used the correct email address, but nothing. I had used it before, and although it wasn't the fastest but it was still okay, and I liked their goods. I will try once more, but if they don't answer, how can I get my money back?

I returned an item, they were very quick to send me returns details, silence ever since I sent it. I'm constantly emailing them asking for a refund but they don't respond. Very slimy business.

Very impressed with the quality, service, value and speed of delivery.
Based on my experience I would not hesitate to shop here again.

Recently purchased a pair of boots. Dan talked me through the various options and recommended a pair suitable for my needs. Delivery was fast and the quality of the boots was excellent. Excellent customer service from the team, who all very knowledgeable and clearly passionate about all things military.

Sent my completely wrong stuff, not what was ordered. Cannot get hold of anyone to talk too and they do not respond to emails (it's now been a few months). Awful company!

Would not recommend, customer service is nonexistent.
Purchased a hat that when delivered was way smaller than size, emailed 2 weeks ago asking if an exchange was possible yet still no response, have chased again this morning.
