Bought 4 items and the sizing was a joke.Had called previously to ordering to get advice and was given advice to purchase usual size.They arrived and wouldn’t have fitted a child.Took them straight to charity shop and lost £153 .Livid.Minus 10 stars.Don’t buy anything here.

Ordered a olive coloured base ball type cap to match my new gilet for my frequent shooting trips. Ordered late one day and it arrived by Royal Mail at 10am the next day. Now that is fast. It couldn't have been any faster if I lived next door to their business. The cap is well made. Fits well, just the job. I will be buying more outdoor clothing and gear from this company without doubt. Highly recommended.

Honestly. Getting told I’m a liar in no uncertain terms and not getting a refund on a jacket that arrived with a rip on the arm. Being told I’ve ripped it and worn it to which I pointed out I haven’t even left my building in it to rip it on anything. The staff are useless, have no customer service skills and I would tell everyone to avoid this company. Lots of other sellers have the same items and look after their customers. AVOID!

Perfect service and quality of jacket

I bought a British Army DPM Camouflage T-Shirt and in the product description online they say “Quality 185 gram 100% Cotton“. The product I received (after several days) was 50% cotton 50% polyester and very thin.

ive bought hats off them summer and winter, for me and my kids and they have been great, and ones ive bought British and German real miliatry hats NOT copies.
deliveded with in a 2 to 3 days. i dont look any where else now

Ordered a Alpha n3b to replace one I bought 15 years ago,also a pair of grade1 combat trousers.
They arrived pretty quickly and shipping was free,all good there.
Then I spotted that the grade I trousers were holed,also that the alpha jacket was much lighter and very poor quality compared to the jacket I owned previously.
I immediately contacted the company and arranged to return the goods for a refund.This was duly processed and a refund was issued,all within a 4 day time period.I thought it was pretty poor that returning damaged/poor quality goods would mean that the customer shouldered the cost.
I won’t be using this company again.

I ordered up some jumpers, hammock cover, and a handwarmer. The prices were very reasonable and the postage time was fine.

There was a slight hiccup in the order, but MilitaryKit were very quick to resolve it and send out the required replacements, they even called me to talk about the issue and make sure that we were all on the same page.

I had over-ordered on the jumpers, so sent some back, and once again this was a painless task and they processed the refund very quickly.

All in all they seem to be a trustworthy and honest company to buy from, with a decently wide selection of pretty cool gear.

So far this is my only review on the site, but I felt that the service that I had received warranted me getting off my backside and actually posting about it.
