I´m currently in the second phase of the evaluation (7K account), and my experience has been quite bad so far due to the following reasons:
First off, I bought the account because back then, trading on MT5 was offered, which is one of my preferred platforms. Then, all of a sudden and without giving notice, trading was migrated to DXTrade, the worst platform ever in my opinion. I noticed that after a while, MatchTrader was the choice for newly purchased accounts, so I got in contact with support to ask for a migration to MatchTrader; I´ve been told, that would be no problem. After a while I had to ask again, because nothing happened. Today (one month later) I passed the first phase of the challenge and wanted to place a trade for the second phase, only to find out, that trading has been disabled. I got in touch with support and have been told, that the migration to MatchTrader will be concluded on the 15th of November, 6 weeks after I initially asked for it. Until then (meaning more than a week), trading will be disabled. That means nothing less, but that I cannot take advantage of the recent volatility in the crypto markets and basically cannot use the acccount. When I asked support, if they deemed it professional behavior to deny a client access to a purchased product, I was told, I have to exercise patience (!). In short: This, for me, is unprofessional and totally unacceptable.
UPDATE: As I expected, the company is fraudulent. As of today (18.11.2024) I still haven´t received my credentials for the second evaluation phase (I was promised to get them 15.11.2024 latest). So stay away from them if you don´t want to loose your money and warn other traders.

But here is the thing, I haven't seen them pay anyone closed to me, I and my friend had the same experience, a very bad one, your system log me out and denied me access while I had an ongoing trade and this blow my account today.....it happens severally but today was the worst because my account got blown because of that. You're trading platform is really wack, I can't recommend it except you look into this issue and resolve it. It was your trading platform fault, check your backend on my account today.

Beware scam guys . Im from USA and they do not accept USA traders but when i filled out my application I literally put usa and they still let me to buy the challange. After buying challange they refuse to refund me . They just ignored my emails and chat totally and refused to refund my money . They are toral scammers i can’t believe these heartless people truly how do they sleep at night

I passed both phases of the evaluation process with Mifunder over two weeks ago and was awarded a live account, managing to make a profit of $100. However, despite this, my account still displays the message, "withdrawal has been disabled in your account."

When I contacted customer support to inquire about the issue, I was informed that a system migration was in progress. They advised me to wait, mentioning that it would take some time to complete. It has now been nearly three weeks, and I continue to receive the same response: “Our team is working on it.” Unfortunately, there has been no additional information on when the migration might be completed, nor any updates on when I might be able to withdraw my earnings.

This ongoing delay, paired with the repeated, vague responses from support, is becoming quite discouraging. I hope Mifunder can address this soon and offer more transparency regarding account access and withdrawal functionality.

Well I have requested for the reset of my breached account they responded me quickly and also reset my account.
Well let's see what happens next very soon I will pass the challenge then I will of they pay or not.

Someone reviewed this company bad and made complains of fake reviews, that the reviews are from their team members.

Today 14/Oct I made an observation

a review was made by an account claiming to have received their 1st time payment, meanwhile this same account also made a positive review 6 days ago claiming the same thing that he's receiving first payout. So is he receiving first payment twice which isn't possible or is he a mifunder worker dropping fake reviews

I have a screenshot of the review. And a video screen recording. The account name is customer, Indian

Poor firm but third class customer care,i passed the paylater challenge in one working day and being aboard i paid them after 2 days, i got my account very slowly i mean the work team is lazy i think, they gave me the crediantls and i didnt logged in and told the support team i will do this in 3 to 4 hours so after 3 hours I tried to login but there was problem I ask the WhatsApp admin to the member to solve the issue they did not respond for one hour and they said and they called me and try to speak in abusive language, and made alot of problems the whatsappnchat admin is also very rude, i dont have words to to explain evilness about them , and they also blcoked me from the discord server
Edit 1 : are you a my girl that i will play with you ? , playing game and getting my payment shame on yoh shame on your whole team and ancestors i ask whole the people dont buy any challenge from these horrible people there are alot of options for you to choose at least dont choose these south african scammers firm , coming back to the point they deleted the whole chat blocking me from several platoforms but i've chat recorded and will take a bold step soon.
