Prior to using MIFA I previously used my bank, but the service was very impersonal and the deal was not the best I could get... With Hayley/Alan and the MIFA team not only do you get a wider range of products available, you have someone who will understand your circumstance/position, what are your needs and can give you excellent advice on what products is best for you and your family. Michelle at MIFA has been nothing but amazing since the day our paths crossed. Not only is she friendly, professional and very good at what she does, she has always provided this very clear and thorough way of explaining things making everything so easy to understand. I was passed on the details of MIFA as a recommendation by an estate agent and from the very beginning Michelle and her team have been more then accommodating to my needs, to which I am so thankful for. Michelle has secured me some fantastic deals over the past and thanks to her knowledge and continuous hard work, she has saved me a great deal of money and secured me the very best rates. I can’t recommend Michelle highly enough, she is both friendly and professional and is a fountain of knowledge. Being a first time buyer, I didn’t have a clue about mortgages and life insurance etc, Michelle explained everything, was always on hand by email, text or phone to answer questions, and me and my partner have exchanged contracts on our new home and are about to pick up the keys all thanks to Michelle’s speedy assistance.
