I was recommended this company from a friend and was in contact with Michelle. This is my first time buying so didn't know much about the process. She has been very informative and has helped me with any query’s I’ve had. It’s made the process so simple! I would highly recommend this company and can’t thank Michelle enough for her support, I’m most grateful.

This was our first experience with Mifauk and honestly we couldn’t have been any happier with the excellent service we received. We were very apprehensive about the whole process of buying and selling our property as we hadn’t done it for many years and there were so many elements that we were unsure of but Hayley and Amy were amazing! We have now used MIFA 3 times - for our first mortgage, our remortgage, and our move to another property (which was a more complex one with 3 different mortgages involved!) and they have been amazing throughout. Second time using Michelle for our mortgage application. First time she was absolutely brilliant, however this time she really hit it out the park!! I cannot recommend her enough she’s amazing at her job and truly goes the extra mile. We had a bit of complicated application and struggled to get the loan we wanted but Michelle was confident she could get us there; and that she did!! She is extremely patient and kind.
