Keith came out to repair our printer. Great service from him although its taken 2 weeks and numerous calls from reporting the fault, I feel this is not something keith has control over.

Michael was great
Michael was great, he really new his stuff and was so helpful, he taught me a few tricks to make using our printer easier, he even installed a card button on our printer so we can copy both sides of a card ID on one sheet of paper, which will be amazing and save us loads of paper. Thank you so much
