Keith came out to repair our printer. Great service from him although its taken 2 weeks and numerous calls from reporting the fault, I feel this is not something keith has control over.

We had a problem with our Toshiba…
We had a problem with our Toshiba printer.
Mid solutions had an engineer out with us the next day.
Michael who came to fix the problem as brilliant as always. He explained the problem and had us up and running in no time.

Don't do it
NO, No, No Don't be fooled by these comments, don't use this service…. You will be signed into 5 years contract and payment will be increased even if you don't use the printer. You will go from £30 a month to £50 a month to £100 a month without even using the printer. The worst decision of my life. Please just buy your own printer
