My neighbour recommended midland stairlifts as we had an issue with our stairlift. Dave came within the hour and only charged £80 for the repairs. Thank you midland stairlifts.

Rental chairlift
Really pleased with our rental chairlift, the price we received was much lower than other quotes, but the service we received was great, everyone was polite and professional . We would highly recommend them.

Excellent Service
I phone Midland Stair Lifts on Tuesday for advice, Rachel was very helpful and on Wednesday Dave came to measure and advise, by 11am Thursday I had a stair lift up and running!!!

A quick and efficient company - recommended
A quick and efficient company. From my initial idea to the lift installed and working was only one week. Great advice on refurbished lifts and great attention to detail by the installation engineer which changed the lift to one that had the detail I wanted.
A four star because on testing the seat belt did not work due to a child's toy jammed in the catch which should have be caught on the refurbishment rather than by the installation engineer. If we had missed it the one year warranty would have caught it.
I recommend this company.

Thoroughly recommended
Lovely company! Easy communications and no issues at all. Matt very promptly attended to my mother’s stairlift after user error caused it to stop working. Mum relies on the stairlift. The installation company (not Midland) wouldn’t touch it as their service plan had lapsed. We now have a very reasonably priced service plan (thank you Rachel) with Midland to avoid issues in future.
