We bought the stairlift from Midland Stairlifts about 10 years ago. The service over the years has been outstanding. Whenever we have had a problem, service has always been very prompt and always very friendly. Anyone who needs a stairlift can get one with confidence. I couldn't recommend them any more!

We needed a stairlift removing following the death of our mother. The company was helpful, and organised a time for the next day, at a time that suited us. The stairlift was originally installed by Midland Stairlifts. They came regular to service it. Call-out was also good. Would recommend the company.

Wow! what a fantastic service we have had from Midland Stairlifts: from contacting them Tuesday morning , to Dave the engineer popping in late afternoon to check the stairs : to installation on the Thursday with James.
My dad came out of hospital and the stairs were a major problem... Not to Midland Stairs Team : Reconditioned straight Stairlift installed. Big Shout out to Rachel who explained everything and totally got the importance of a very very quick installation. Absolutely fantastic service from this lovely family run stairlift company. From the very first call, the lady on the phone was so kind, helpful and very reassuring. The engineer who came out was just as wonderful, professional and clearly very skilled. I was truly impressed that they were able to install the stairlift with 24 hours. 5 stars all the way.

Dave came out, removed the old stair lift, installed the new one all in the space of 3 hrs. No fuss, maximum efficiency and Dave was so friendly and very capable. I would have no hesitation in recommending this excellent compamy. Thank you.

Having had an old stair lift for my husband, ì have now reached a time when I needed one but the one I had was beyond repair so I contacted Midland stairlifts to rent one. Unfortunately my stairs were a bit of a problem because, being an older house they were not as easy to fit with the modern stairlift. However Midlands stairlifts went out of their way to find one that fitted and did so very quickly. Can highly recommend them.

We use Midland as our main stairlift installer and Always offer great service and value for money.

All installs are completed in a timely manner with little disruption to the end customer.

The people at Midland Stairlifts are so caring and kind. They go out of their way to help you. I would recommend them to anyone needing a Stairlift they definitely go the extra mile.

Having my parents now having to live with me and both needing a stairlift, I’ve had to choose a trusted company for peace of mind.
I do my homework and this ticked those boxes. Great reviews. Friendly family run business. Quick service and more. Someone I know had used this service but had bought theirs. I felt the price was reasonable for renting and feel more comfortable knowing they are local and offer a service for breakdown within 24 hours. I hope we never have to use this service.
I was greeted so well on the phone and so informative and to the point. Im sorry I forgot the lady’s name, but she was lovely. I felt at ease.
Matt came to measure up and fit the lift. He did it efficiently and up and running without any hassle.
He showed us how to use it and made sure my mam had a go and knew what to do.
Thank you for a great service at a worrying time for my parents and within a day you had one put in, just in time for my dad to come out of hospital.
