Michael and his team are offering something that no other practitioners are offering in Australia. Their unique and revolutionary approach is changing and straightening my sons eyesight, when I was told that nothing could be done!

Michael, Alina and all staff were welcoming, kind, attentive and professional. Michael’s ability to hone in on my specific issues and offer the correct solution is second to none. He is truly a leader in his profession. The whole experience was enlightening and a breath of fresh air. My new glasses are wonderful, thank you !!!

I have been a client of Michael's MicroPrismVision for more than ten years.
The process worked well for the first eight years.
My last two lens prescriptions did not function.
I need to be able to read street names and sub-titles and departure boards at a minimum.
Seven sessions between the first and the second lens prescription, and there was zero difference.
Middway through these seven sessions, I was asked to reveal what was goin on in my life that was holding me back in accepting the MPV process. The logic apparently being that the MPV process is perfect any flaw lies with me. The process that I had been pursuing with Michael derailed, and, after submitting a half page of deeply personal information to Michael, I felt framed as someone who was holding onto their trauma, thereby preventing the MPV process from working effectively. The truth of this I may never know, but it is crude and unkind and probably outside the professional remit of Australian optometrical practice to treat any client like this. As I said earlier, Michael's process worked for eight years, and then died for reasons I do not understand.

In my pursuit of lenses that worked, and to make sure that there as nothing fundamentally wrong with my dear eyes, I saw an opthalmologist and an optometrist, and they both claimed that my recently prescribed lenses were borderline legal for driving. I felt vindicated in ending my relationship with MPV.

I am pursuing a refund and I have had no reponse for one month.
I am also pursuing MPV through the Optometry Board of Australia and other relevant bodies. Michael has had dealings with the Optometry Board of Australia before concerning his communication with clients. Please refer to VCAT reference No. b99/2011.

For me, It is a painful end to a decade of my active pursuit of eye health with Michael, and this whole process of public review is horrible to endure, and yet my options are rather limited.

Michael has a genuine and compassionate approach to ensuring your vision improves - instead of the usual response of increasing the prescription and suggesting laser treatment, etc. He will continue finding the correct level until it feels right. He also does balancing to ensure you leave feeling relaxed and confident with your new glasses. There are also some little exercises that you can do with the glasses to assist the eyes to adjust and relax. My prescription has dropped down quite a lot and my eyes are not so sensitive to sunlight - hardly ever wear sunglasses now. I highly recommend Microprism - This is vision on another level.

There's no one comparable to Michael. His approach is a no-brainer ... treating the cause rather than the symptoms. And, his team is a reflection of his care and knowledge.

Once again, Dr Michael's methods enable me to see well and to feel and move with confidence, with this major half-yearly change occurring after what appear to me to be only a small adjustment in the trial lenses that I am wearing. And because my vision changes over time, regular updates are so helpful.

Michael truly took time! Very interesting and different approach. I came home with glasses that were lower magnification than I had in a long time. It did take 2-3 weeks to adjust and now I am very happy with my glasses. "Allow yourself to see!" was the advice and I did.

The doctor is very thorough and patient in his approach. My eye condition is very complicated, but he has given me a pair of glasses which bring out the best in my vision. Top marks for expertise!

Awesome experience as always… when I began seeing Michael my lenses were -5.5 or more (different in both eyes along with astigmatisms - I’d worn glasses since I was 6) and now at 70 I no longer have astigmatisms, don’t need reading glasses and my prescription is down to -1.75 equally in both eyes and yes, I look forward to quantumly moving to just my natural eyesight!
