Gunwharf Quays store
Visited the Gunwharf Quays store this evening and was helped by Edyta and Lucy.
Nothing was too much trouble for Edyta she was fantastic helping me with choices sizes and what looked good and what didn’t I felt like I had a personal shopper she is an absolute asset to that store and because of her I will be back.

Terrible experience
I returned the trainers over three weeks ago because they didn't fit. They received them on the 8th August and apparently I had to wait two weeks for a refund. Last Friday I contacted them by phone saying it had been two weeks which they agreed with. I was promised a refund by this Wednesday and received a refund email but no refund. Michael Kors phone number is not working and going through the website they said five working days. I am fed up and will be contacting my bank.

I've ordered two handbags and dpd keeps telling me they'll pop them into my nearest Yeep! Point tomorrow, then tomorrow, then guess what ... Yeeep, it's tomorrow...
Michael Kors store at Gunwharf Quays
We went shopping at the Michael Kors store in Gunwharf Quays, Portsmouth and was greeted by Edyta. I was amazed by the great customer service we received from her. Edyta was so helpful and nothing was too much trouble, she really is a credit to the store. Inside the store was a selection of clothes, shoes, bags and jewellery all at great discounted prices. We will definitely be back again soon.

The first item I ordered was returned to MK by their distribution centre and I never received it! They still have my money. I then had to re order this item and pay again! - they then sent the wrong size! I now have to return it via the post and need to make a 20 mile return journey to get to a postal place! Hugely infuriating, and they now have 2 payments from me and I have not seen any refund. Do not buy from them

i ordered crossbody bag large size wirth of £105,when i recieved it i was surprised im not sure because it seems it is fake leather.the leather is hard,not like my 5 bags that i ordered before that the leather is soft and looks lively.
Extremely happy and satisfied customer
After reading the reviews I made an order on the 27th December around 6pm with so much speculation. I limited my order to a pair of sandals for £40 as I thought of trying out to start with. I received the order confirmation email at once. It was a Friday and boxing day sales started as well. So I wasn't expecting much progress. But on Monday the 30th noon I got an email confirming shipment of the order, followed by an e-invoice. This was followed by 4 further emails updating me of the status of the delivery timeline. I received the order on the 2nd of January (to a HP6 postcode). The item was flawless. The packaging was outstanding. The item arrived intact because of the protective and perfect packaging. I am an extremely happy and satisfied customer and wondering as to why most of the reviews are so bad.
Extremely poor customer service
Ordered a birthday present for someone on 23rd Dec, received update confirming delivery on 30th Dec. Nothing arrived on 30th, contacted MK on 2nd Jan, very unhelpful customer service advisor. Told I needed to wait until 8th Jan before they can consider a refund and requested I complete a form for DPD. Form filled in and returned within 10 mins of receiving it, no reply from MK.
Would not recommend ordering from them, very poor logistics processes and very unhelpful when contacting their customer service department.
Terrible Delivery Experience and Unhelpful Customer Service
I had an incredibly disappointing experience with this company. I selected a collection point for my delivery, but when I checked the status, I found out that my package was being returned to the sender without any notification or explanation. If I hadn’t checked myself, I would have never known!
When I reached out to customer service for help, they were completely unhelpful and offered no options to reroute my delivery. In this day and age, with all the technology available, it’s shocking that such a simple issue can’t be resolved. Worse, when I asked about getting my product, I was told I’d need to repurchase it at full price and wait for a refund of the difference. That’s not a solution—it’s just more inconvenience for the customer.
This entire situation shows a complete lack of care for customers. I hold the company fully responsible for this frustrating experience and cannot recommend their service. They need to improve communication, delivery systems, and customer support if they expect customers to return.
The quality is really bad
The quality is really bad, I bought a bracelet and it was broken . They didn’t replace the new one and that show how good they are customer care they don’t care. Be clever don’t spend your money with their item and specially jewellery. Rubbish quality!!!!
Do NOT recommend! -1 star if I could AVOID
I've always been put off by sales staff in stores and thought products to be inferior to other brands with a similar price point. I had once changed mind and walked out store during sale transaction due to such poor service. I, however finally decided to give a second chance and buy a bag as it was the right size and style I was seeking at the time. The sale process (in store) was far from smooth, yet again.
Just over a year later, the hardware is discolouring (normal use, my Coach bag gets more use for longer period and hardware is still in perfect condition).
I went to the online store, to review and make other consumers aware and yet this isn't an option. I'm not surprised, clearly even Michael Kors themselves know their products are complete overpriced rubbish and want to ensure their consumers can't warn each other.
I will never recommend nor part with my money again.

Don't even know why they're there as they can't actually help you. Their solution is that 'they hope' I receive the item I paid Next Day Delivery for.
They 'cant' contact the courier for you so they just hope that you'll receive something you've paid hundreds of pounds for.
Scammers
Scammers, chase them over month to get the refund and they are lying saying they did but never did. Going to open court case and then they will pay much more because of my stress moral compensation. People please be aware and never buy online, because if you return your item you never get your money back!!! Or get only through the court
Zero customer service
Absolutely ridiculous to have to chase them up 3 times for a refund. Still haven't received it yet after 16 days. Customer service is awful and no phone number to speak to someone, just chat through WhatsApp. I'll never order from them again 😒
