The main issue that they need to work on is refunds. Michael Kors holds onto your money for far too long and takes forever to issue your refunds. Slowest company I have ever encountered for refunds. Have called and sent emails to chase this up and no has done anything to issue the refunds even though they received the items back ages ago. I am still waiting for 4 orders to be refunded. I am writing this review to highlight this issue so that they can improve their refund processing time and issue their refunds as soon as Royal Mail delivers the item back to them like most companies.
Product not delivered on scheduled day, down to me to sort out. No help from Michael Kors, so product was returned. Refund will take 3 weeks to process, no explanation why. Certainly will not use Michael Kors again, truly appalling customer service.
Bought a bag for my wife for our 1 year anniversary because they had 25% off the entire store and a had a 10% off code since it was my first order. So it hasn’t even been 3 weaks and the same exact bag is $100 cheaper than what I paid for, even though the sales over. So I talked to the csr twice for a price match and they refused because the policy is only valid for 7 days! I mean come on its not even been 3 weaks its not like I’m coming back after years, it’s not even like I’m coming back after months
I am getting extremely worried about my refund. I sent the order back on the 4th February and still no refund or notification of a refund on its way. Have contacted customer service several times.
Waiting for my refund almost over a month. They sent an email about the delay on the 7th of February, but no update since. If they won't transfer it until the end of this month I will contact my bank to resolve this issue. Absolute joke especially from a well known fashion brand.

FUMING !!!! Baught a pair of 125 pound sunglasses opened the case to see nothing Michael kors !!!! Never ever had this issue ever before I’m absolootley seethin want my money back or my actual glasses looks like Michael kors has a thief working for them or someone incompetent of puttin glasses in a case FUMIN
Recently purchased a bag for my wife. It’s was received on 5th January. The bag is unused at the moment. The price went down on 17th January and they are refusing to price match. They said to return for a refund but I can’t at the moment due to a medical issue, I’m house bound. I’m furious and the are not wanting to help at all. Why bother buying from them.
I'm shocked at the bad reviews here as my recent experience has been nothing but positive. I placed a order for a bag in their sale on the 6th Jan. (A 40th bday gift from my sons). It arrived via DPD on the 11th. Full tracking throughout. I love my new purchase. Its beautiful, well made, came well packaged.
Should be 0 stars. Awful customer service. Paid an extra £8 for next day delivery…7 days later they can’t tell me where it is or when it might arrive. They also can’t refund it. I have asked when a refund is possible and have been told not until I send back the order (that I have not received!!)
If I could give 0 star I would. Everytime I order something from them it never arrives on time, you literally have to call the customer service and beg for them to let you know where your order is. Very poor customer service aswell as they can’t give you an answer they say they’ll get back to you in 24hours which is really poor. If you need to buy a gift for someone don’t rely on them to get it to you in time even though you ordered a month in advance. Will never get anything from here anymore, not worth the stress
Very poor customer service. Why don’t you just send email to confirm receiving return orders!!! 6 orders returned I don’t know anything about them and had to contact them to check it’s been received and when refund will be issued !!! Been told after 14 days to contact them while some orders been returned for more than 16 days anyway and refund had to be done manually!!! I have been told No suggestion or complain departments!!!
I think they just don’t care
After a horrible year of battling an illness that shall remain nameless, my partner ordered me something online and it’s not arrived and their making it hard for him to get his refund.. they use an unreliable delivery service and they don’t care as long as they’ve taken your money. Your company is worse than the illness I’ve just kicked
Excellent customer service by the sales girl, Tania (Ukrainian) ashford designer outlet. She was very polite and humble in her service and rendered exceptional service
Disappointed with Michael Kors staff member at Milton Keynes. Policy clearly states that online purchases can be returned instore but extremely rude shop assistant insisted that online sale items not returnable instore. It’s never been a problem previously. Obviously she’s not familiar with company policy and made up her own. Get up to speed dear!
On the plus side excellent service and amazing staff at Sheffield shop - very helpful staff at this location. Could teach Milton Keynes shop a thing or two. Shame you’re so far away from me.
My friend got a bag from them as a gift for my birthday. The bag had scratches, marks and discoloration. One of the zips would not open which made the bad totally useless.
Their CSR first tried to make us keep the bag by offering 20 percent discount for a really costly bag that was worth junk due to the quality issues and when we denied that, the CSR just asked us to return it telling us that it would take 20 days for the money to be back to my account.
The worst after care service that I have ever had my wife has 3 bags and the handles have frayed and the customer service believe that a £300 handbag should only last 2 years bear in mind they are not used every day
The quality of the goods are very low we will not be purchasing anymore of there goods
Was given a jewellery set as a birthday gift. Necklace, watch, bangle and earrings. The set is in gold finish with tiny diamanté pieces. It's worn rarely and now 3 years old. Many of the diamanté pieces have fallen out of the bangle and necklace and are loose on the watch. The set cost almost £600. Very poor quality and can no longer wear it.
Why should customers have to wait months for refunds online or even have to ASK after months of patiently waiting!!!??

Reading the reviews I can see I have experienced the exact same problem with returns that other reviewers have. On previous occasions I have not written a review but as this time I returned 2 items at 2 different times and had to chase numerous times for monies to be returned I decided it was time to let others know. This time I waited nearly 6 weeks for one return to be refunded ( I had actually sent a parcel on the same day back to Tommy Hilfiger who refunded in 5 days !!) and then another parcel a couple of weeks later which although I had the same excuse as a previously reviewer that there was an IT problem ( don't believe that at all), when I contacted the same customer service person on the second parcel and said could she chase I was told to wait until the full 14 days was up even though the timescales had been so poor for the first refund. No surprise the second refund did not come through so yet again I chased. This time no acknowledgement email and apology for the inconvenience just a refund. Rude !! For a company of such stature sort your customer service out it is terrible, and I have told them. I am with the other person I have very little confidence in buying from this company again which is a shame but I just know that if I return an item I am going to have to spend my time chasing for payment as I am sure they don't pay until customers chase !! Extremely unprofessional and been going on for years.
