Well made garden table and chairs
Well made garden table and chairs. Lovely colour.
Delivery by DPD was not good, although within the timescale it came in three separate packages over 5 days!! So had to make sure I was at home to take delivery. Quite unusual as they are normally very good although they did try to keep me informed as best they could and drivers were helpful.

We are glad you enjoyed your experience with the excellent craftsmanship and beautiful shade of your new outdoor furniture set. We appreciate your positive feedback regarding the quality of our items. At the same time, we acknowledge the inconvenience caused by your order arriving in multiple shipments over several days, which required you to remain at home. While we are pleased that the couriers remained helpful and communicative throughout, we understand that a single, consolidated delivery would have been much more convenient. We will work closely with our shipping partners to improve our dispatch coordination and ensure a smoother delivery process in the future.

Great customer service
Jade called me and updated me on the delay of my item.
She gave me reasonable opinions what I would like to do in regards to the delayed item and emailed me what we spoke about, giving me time to decide what to do.
She was polite professional and apologetic about the delay in her emails. I made the decision to wait for the item based on how she communicated with me.
Thank you Jade😊
