Excellent customer relations.
I received a broken lamp stand, obviously broken in transit. I sent an email with accompanying photographs of the damage. Within 24 hours Kelvin Onabanjo from customer complaints was on the phone confirming a total refund, which was what I requested. He was very polite and professional, outlined what action he was taking, and followed it up with a confirmation email.
