This company are completely corrupt. If you have been unlucky enough to order from them you will discover that AS IN MY CASE THE ITEM DID NOT ARRIVE, EVER. When i repeatedly told them, they ignored me. Refused to answer my emails. Refused any decency whatsoever ,and now five MONTHS LATER, no item, no response and no refund. Do not touch this company with a barge pole. Disgraceful bunch of liars

IF ZERO were an option they would have gotten that. I purchased a kit a month ago. I got an email stating the card wouldnt be charged till the purchase was processed. It was done that day. It says its shipped. They did not ever send me shipping information. They have not replied to emails. Now I am FIGHTING with PayPal to get my rightfully owed REFUND.

Like a few of the others who left reviews I too think this company is a joke. I ordered in February, we are nearly into June and I still haven't received my order. I've received a few generic emails thanking me for my patience. Don't order from this company!

Didn't want to give it a star but had no choice. This company is a scam, I ordered a product on 7 January 2020 and still not received it sent emails but only replied once asking me to wait and be patient ! Think I've waited long enough .please don't spend money on this company unless you want to give money away if so give to charity not scammers.

Placed order in January now May and still nothing. After chasing received a couple of generic emails and a couple of originals - one blaming Chinese new year for the delay -received in March! And another also in March telling me off for being inpatient! My advice -avoid at all costs!

Ordered a polygel nail extensions kit for fun back in March 2020. Received a tracking code which wasn't recognised by the courier website. Wrote another email to ask for clarification, and received assurances that the order was in hand. It's now mid-May, and despite further emails, I haven't heard anything more. I paid using PayPal, so have started their claims process. Two messages to the company, and then, if no reply, I can escalate it and PayPal can take over (and maybe shut these scammers down).

Received products damaged. They asked for a photograph of the packaging which I sent. Then wouldn’t reply to any of my emails.

Bought bras from these guys in January and made my payment in January...it's now May! After some emails back and forth and their generic replys.... even those quit coming back in March...no bras no refund no communication! It's a scam please don't buy from them

Please don't pay anything to this company.
I sent payment in January, had an email to say goods would be delivered a couple of weeks later. When I chased it I was told an error had been made and the order was being re-sent. 5 months later and after numerous requests for a refund and no delivery I have written this off to experience.

STAY AWAY. ORDERED IN FEB. NEVER GOT ORDER AND THEY KEEP SAYING THEY WILL RESEARCH IT, BUT THEN NEVER REPLY. I'VE EMAILED THEM TWICE. OF COURSE THEY SAY THEY CAN'T CANCEL ORDER.

I also placed an order and never received it. It's a month later and I emailed them twice and I haven't even gotten a response.

I ordered march 27th they took the money but have never received my order. I wrote 3 times about this issue and once they replied with apology and supposedly resent the order. Still nothing. I asked for a refund and they replied that they cannot refund.

Ordered 17th March and got an email on 28th March to say on the way and it's now May and I still haven't received it and have emailed them twice with no reply. Don't order from this website.

TERRIBLE! DESPITE NUMEROUS EMAILS, NEVER RECEIVED MY ITEMS ORDERED AND PAID FOR IN JANUARY. IT IS NOW MAY. STAY AWAY FROM THESE SCAMMERS.

Ordered item at the start of Feb. Got an email to make me aware of postal delay. A month later and still no item. I have requested a refund a number of times through customer services. They don’t answer me.

Please avoid them.
