I’m right along with everyone else on this company. Ordered a nail dip kit back in April and tracking still shows in China. Total scam and don’t even bother trying to reach out to their customer service team. They don’t respond. TERRIBLE company!

They don’t deserve even a single star. Very unreliable/untrustworthy.
A TOTAL SCAM is the right way to describe them.
Don’t even buy from this company, it’s a total waste your time and money!!

Obviously a scam, ordered nail kit 6th April 2020, now 30th August 2020, no kit recieved, no response to several emails and no refund, not recommended

Terrible. Ordered a gel nail kit. Finally arrived around 4 months later, boxes all scabby and no instructions. I have emailed the company several times to ask them to send/email me some instructions on how to use the kit but haven't received any response.

This company is a joke!! I order this kit on April 28 and it is now Aug 19,2020 and still not here. Tried to get my money back with no avail. It’s terrible that so many people are getting screwed from them.

I see I'm not the only person screwed over. Ordered on 4/12/20 dip kit and extra dip. Ordered wrong color emailed within 5 mins of completing order. They emailed back 6 hrs later they had packaged my order and no changes allowed. Not happy but I'll deal. We are now 7/11/20 no product or update. Was understanding of Corona Virus as also ordered masks also from China that's a different headache.Tracking updates were slow. Finally able to track epacket and find out 2 weeks ago that the package never left China. Same day it got to UPS China for delivery it was scanned return to sender on 6/9/20 8 minutes later. I have also emailed numerous times to get a refund, no response but plenty of emails suggesting other products they provide I might be interested in. My interest lie in what I already paid for. Not website link doesn't work with my original order confirmation. Just wanted product to save money from salons yet lost money doing this too....go figure.

ORDERED IN DECEMBER. GOT FOBBED OFF. STILL WAITING. GONE THROUGH PAYPAL FOR REFUND. STILL GETTING FOBBED OFF. NO REFUND RECEIVED YET AND NO ITEM RECEIVED.

RUN AND DON’T LOOK BACK!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!! They will take your money, but not send you your merchandise. The strange this is I paid through PayPal and the company that took my money is She Swish limited! It’s been three months and I’ve not receive my order. I emailed them and asked for a refund. Took them weeks to reply and then they asked me to be patient. They also lied and said my order would ship in 15 days and they never shipped it. They are from China. They are some freaking liars and thieves. Do not trust them.

I stupidly ordered a nail dipping set from them which I saw advertised on Facebook. It took around 5 weeks to arrive, presumably because it's posted from China using the cheapest way possible. When I opened the bag there were just 5 pots of powder, plus 4 bottles of various things (base coat, activator, top coat, brush restorer) - no proper packaging and no instructions. I emailed customer service asking for instructions but have had no response.

A Total scam ass company DO NOT!!I repeat DO NOT!!!buy from this company or consider ur money a charity.They are a fraudulent company ,don’t waste your time and money. If only I out rate them Zero Million stars.

Ordered three dip power kits and an efile on 4/9. I understand ship from China takes forever because of customs i received tracking for both orders 3 days later a month later for an update on the efile and
Not the dip powder. In June the efile finally showed up but powder doesn’t seem to have left the warehouse. After a month of sending emails with no response I started the claims process with PayPal and escalated to a dispute on 5/28 as soon as I did that I had a new tracking number emailed to me 5/29 6/23 that tracking number updated to being processed through Hubei International business branch. It’s still going to be 4-8 was before this product even gets to me. They will do anything to avoid giving your money back. I don’t even want the product Anymore I want my money back! Worst company to deal with ever don’t waste your time or money with them! My dispute is close date keeps getting pushed.. I’m probably Not going to see my refund now that there is “movement” with my order because they decided to try and cover their butts by sending it out a second time! Very unhappy about this metallic purple and swish are scammer! Stay clear!

They told me I would have my order by May 22. It's still not here. I've asked for a refund and cancel the order they are refusing. DON'T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY NOTHING BUT A SCAM

I rated one star because there’s no “ZERO” I ordered from this site on January 31, 2020 and till this date have not received the items, sent them many emails but with no response, stay away it’s a SCAM.

If I could give you zero stars I would. Do not buy from this company. I have been able to make contact once only to receive a link for shipping and my product has not moved.

STAY AWAY! I agree with everyone else it is a total scam, all you are doing if you purchase any thing from metallicpurple is giving them your money. STAY AWAY

If only zero was an option! My item did arrive, however was too small despite me using their size chart. Had a reply to my initial email asking to return/exchange the item but nothing since!
Will never shop there again, wish I had read the reviews first

Absolute scam! Do not order from this site! You won't get your order or any response to emails!

Had to give one star would have preferred to give Zero stars. Thankfully i made me payment through PayPal so I will eventually get my money back. I have been emailing them daily for over a month now still no response, goods or refund. Do not touch this company or its sister company she swish. Both are dishonest and fraudulent. All the other reviews say the same. We all can't be wrong.
