I had to contact the company after a set of rollers came off our shower door. They had come off couple times before and I just put them back on however this time the screw failed to stay inside the housing and it kept falling off. Typical I was just out of warranty with David wilson homes so I contacted the company so I could purchase a set. Aidan was outstanding with his swift customer service. He requested some photos to positively identify the correct rollers and then arranged a set to be sent out totally free as a gesture of good will as we were just out of warranty. I never asked for them to be free I was totally willing to pay for a set as we were out of warranty, however Aidan went above and beyond to sort this out for me quickly. Very impressed and a credit to his company. Thank you very much Aidan. Steve.

Problem sorted with a couple of emails after a prompt reply from the first enquiry

Door guide bracket for our M10 shower door had seized up. Contacted Merlyn by email with a picture of the problem. They quickly replied and confirmed they would send a replacement part. All covered by Lifetime warranty and our shower is now 13 years old.
Truly excellent after sales service, no quibbling, just good old fashioned honest and consistent customer service.
If only other companies could react as well as this!

I had an old (10 + years) Merlyn shower door which became stuck, I think because of a jammed roller mechanism. I was told by a shower door fitter that they had a good reputation for customer service, so I called Merlyn, got though to a human within seconds. Almost before I knew what had happened they offered a replacement roller mechanism but said a new door was probably better, so I went for the new door under their lifetime guarantee, free of charge. It was delivered 3 days later exactly as promised.
I can not praise this companies customer care enough, my friends are sick of me telling them to get a Merlyn shower door if they are ever considering a bathroom build or refurbishment.
The doors are not cheap but my goodness, a broken door 10+ years old and a new door delivered FOC within days. Worth every penny.

Amazing company. Unbelievable customer service. Bill was very good at solving my issue. They sent out a new shower door and fitted it free if charge. Communication excellent.

I am extremely impressed with the customer service I have received from Merlyn.

My Merlyn Ionic Essence shower screen unexpectedly shattered while nobody was in the bathroom. There was a very loud bang, and the fixed glass panel completely disintegrated. It was understandably quite a shock.

I contacted Merlyn with photographs and details of what had happened, and they responded promptly, professionally and without any quibbling. They immediately agreed to replace the entire shower enclosure free of charge, with a replacement being delivered within 48 hours.

Although the original failure was obviously disappointing, it’s often a company’s response when something goes wrong that really matters. Merlyn have handled the situation exceptionally well, and I couldn’t have asked for better customer service.

Thank you to the team for resolving the issue so quickly and efficiently. I would have no hesitation in recommending Merlyn based on the way they have looked after me.

Had an issue with Merlyn 8 Infold door rollers after 10 years usage. Andy from technical sent replacements and detailed instructions how to fit. No quibble, no cost. Outstanding customer service.

I contacted the company which I had dealt with a year ago and that experience was top notch. I had reason to contact again and I was dealt with by Patrick who I only dealt with via E/Mail but everything was treated as not a problem. My order arrived promptly and an email from Patrick comfirming all this. These days you rarely get quick an efficient Service and this is what I got.
