The invoice for the water heater was for over two thousand dollars. Your company sent a check for only six hundred dollars without any explanation regarding the amount sent. Emails to the company kept indicating the address was invalid. I had to mail a letter to the company.

Everything has been so amazing and service above 10/10.

They accepted my money for over a year and when my car needed maintenance over $1,500 they declined it with saying I missed an oil change that was between 3,000-6,000 miles when I had proofed that I did my own oil change. Now no supervisor is willing to talk to me instead they are too busy. This is not the service I received when I first joined this company. I want to stay professional but this company can crash and die. Don’t do business with them. RUN

Everything is a blessing

I decided to renew my extended warranty again, cause it had expired, only because I never had to pay out of pocket. WHY NOW!!!! When I asked to get the same warranty as before. I just got my car out the shop from dealership and had to pay $200 out of pocket. I am not a happy customer. 😡

I was hoping for more as far as approval amount and faster time it took to get approved, but also very grateful I did get approved for mechanic work and amount I had gotten approved for, so cannot complain at all thanks Merit Administration for reaching out to the shop as fast as you could.

Easy and fast response

Gordy Tire did an excellent job repairing a broken part in my heating and air conditioner on 5/5/26. They also chevked the air in my tires and reset the clock in my car. In addition? They changed the oil in my car.
Thankful for their kindness in helping me with transportation back and forth to Gordy Tire Company.

What person could give these guys a 3 star rating ? In every experience with them they have been impeccably awesome. Total responses , honest every time, , agreeable to listen, call as many times as you need with a joyful attitude. And to top all they handle the extended warranty people without me having to do one thing. 10 stars and 👍👍 every-time. I trust them completely.!

It was my first claim I was surprised that they would not pay for OEM parts and I had to pay for the difference between the OEM and the Chinese counter part.in my case it was $64.00 dirrerence.for the one part that replaced.And the service records maintenance that they wanted.That Suprised me!

My experience with this company this was my first claim I took my vehicle to the shop explain to them what was going on they call put my claim in there were some questions ask them my claim was approved only thing I didn’t know I had to cover the labor portion but beside that there were no problem

Not worth the money paid for this policy. Second time it has not paid for a problem withevthe car. It did pay for another problem we had withe the car which we appreciated. Will never get another extended warranty after this one expires.

Time consuming is horrible when checking in at a shop facility for service.I understand it's a process. But going through the process timing just take to long. Needs improvement with processing claims.

I believe that, on this occasion, the staff did a better job of processing the approval for my car repairs, which allowed me to get it back much sooner. I greatly appreciate this, as it makes the entire experience much less stressful; furthermore, it is reassuring to know that there are people paying attention to our issues.

My policy PAID IN FULL! Had 2 times i filed a claim and both times they were DENIED! First was a starter. Said I didn't do the proper maintenance. WHAT? what maintenance is to be done on a starter? Second was a valve issue. DENIED! Asked for a refund. Nope! They are THIEVES! No one can jump through their specific hoops to EVER have a claim paid! Save your mobey!

I want to offer a huge thank you to Matt, in claims, for being patient and very helpful. His experience and the time he took to walk me through the difficult situation with Subaru Kings Automall is valuable. Though the situation ended less than satisfactory, leaving Matt and I very disappointed with the dealership. I hope I never run into this problem again but if I do I’d hope to have Matt in my corner.
And I want to thank Merit for not leaving me high and dry. After seeing how SKA behaved, you could have washed your hands of it. Thank you for staying with me.

Great experience, customer service prompt answers, easy solutions couldn’t ask for a bit of warranty was recommended to everyone. I am so happy I got it.
