the internet is dropping out speed ok but does not won't to load when on the cpu lose connection saying no internet reload .call service they work on it then it's good for 4 to 6 hours then it go's back to shit I'am looking in to a new service

as a business we have many day that we can not dial long distance. We have scheduled a repair for three months and I get a text saying they will be here and it gets rescheduled. WE ARE STILL WAITING. I would give zero stars if that is a option.

Internet capabilities vary.
When we first got the Internet last year, it was good. They said we were close to their tower & we had excellent coverage. Since then, we went from immediate connecting to 5-15 min. to get connected. We've had to call 4 or 5 times to fix connection problems. Not sure what happened.

Happy customer
Mercury responded to any requests made during the installation process. So far after about 9 months of service there have been hardly any temporary interruptions of service

If I need to call the office for questions or support, the Mercury team is always very helpful and timely in addressing questions.

Going to fiber
I thought there would be a noticeable difference going to fiber but the only difference has been the price.
When the fiber went down it took them a couple of days to fix.
They will only take auto pay directly for your bank account.
