MerchantService.com Inc. has been helping businesses accept credit and debit card payments since 1995. We only service accounts in the U.S.- offering a full line of services designed to support small, mid-sized, and growing businesses across a wide range of industries. Important Industry Clarification: The term “merchant services” is a general industry phrase, not the name of a single company. Hundreds of independent payment-processing companies across the United States use similar wording in their business names, marketing, or phone scripts. These companies are not affiliated with one another. MerchantService.com Inc. does not engage in outbound cold-calling or unauthorized telemarketing. If you are leaving a review, please take a moment to verify that your experience was specifically with MerchantService.com Inc. and not with another, unrelated company using a similar name. If you are unsure whether MerchantService.com Inc. was the company you interacted with, we encourage you to contact us so we can assist and ensure your review is attributed to the correct business. Our Commitment: For nearly three decades, we have focused on long-term merchant relationships, clear communication, and compliant business practices. We welcome accurate, firsthand feedback from verified customers and appreciate the opportunity to clarify any questions or concerns directly.

They've continued to charge me for years even after multiple calls to explain that I no longer have service with the credit card company I was doing business with. I would never use their service again. They will not cancel the service without the credit company calling them and the credit company refuses do to a conflict over contract issues.

The service we've received for 3 or 4 years (all our years with Merchant Service) is very good. The only reason I haven't checked 5 stars is that I believe we could save money elsewhere.
