Adam and Carl are top notch! If I ever have a question, they answer their phones right away. Even come in person to fix the issue! Couldn't ask for a better customer service team.

This company provided a solution at an affordable cost and continue to improve the solution as time goes on. Customer support is also top tier.

I ve been with Merchant Services for over a decade It troubles me when I see some of the reviews. That is quite the opposite with me. I personally use clover. I have over 10 pos systems clover go etc, Feb 4 we celebrated 42 years in business. I used several providers until I met Adam and his team. They are professional caring, responsive and a great team member. I been using clover since its introduction. Don't fall for other merchants trying to use Adam s team success for your reasoning for your business decisions. Trust my 42 years of business interactions for sharing my successes. I had a very bad experience with Data Merchant Services. When I signed the lease, I was clearly told that I could cancel at any time. Based on that information, I agreed to the contract. Later, when I tried to cancel, they refused and said the lease could not be canceled.
I returned the equipment to them as instructed, but they are now refusing to send it back to me, and they are still charging me monthly payments even though they have the equipment. This feels extremely misleading and unfair.
The sales process was not honest, and customer service has been unhelpful in resolving the issue. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Be very careful and read everything closely before signing anything with Data Merchant Services.

I would rate minus 100 if I could, I have been using merchantservice.com through QuickBooks, they are thieves, processed my clients credit cards and have held the funds won't tell me why, no one responds to emails or picks up the phone, the only respond was from Quickbooks that they are reviewing and it will take 160 business days, if this is not stealing I don't know what is
