Merch Monkey Anmeldelser

The team were very communicative throughout the design, ordering, production and delivery phases. The product we ordered, a branded pen, is brilliant quality at a very reasonable price.

The only thing that was a little confusing was brand confusion, as MonkeyMerch and Wristbandeurope (possible another company name) were all part of the same process, so this was initially confusing receiving emails from each entity.

Other than that - all good. Thank you.

This was the first time we have ordered from MerchMonkey and everything start to finish was impeccable: their support team answer any questions immediatley, the quality of the lanyard is much better than anywhere we have printed before and they acceeded the estimated timeline.

Will be ordering again for sure!

Very good service and quick delivery of goods

Excellent service from start to finish! The team were incredibly fast and efficient — my order was ready even sooner than expected. The quality of the print and merchandise was top-notch, especially considering how economical the prices were. Great communication throughout and a really smooth process overall. Highly recommend for anyone looking for reliable, high-quality print work at great value!

Great service, very professional and reliable. Highly recommended!

The team was excellent, very responsive, easy to work with, and everything went smoothly. Zero issues.

Fantastic customer service from start to finish. Best market price and items arrived in a timely manner and are of excellent quality! Thanks

Delighted with our lanyards.
This company was a pleasure to deal with, ensuring that we were happy with the design prior to production.
We would highly recommend and Hillview FRC would definitely use this company again.

Absolutely excellent service!
I needed an urgent order, very last minute, and although I've used this company before and the products and service are second to none, I really thought this was too much to ask.
Within a week I had my products in hand with the design to my liking and I managed to distribute during the event as scheduled.
I cannot recommend them enough. Absolute 5 star service.

Second time using their services and no complains. Good service and time since the quotation until receiving the products in good quality, we bought personalized umbrellas, notebooks and pens.

Amazing service and quality, will continue to use these guys x

We ordered 65 lanyards for an event and they turned out wonderfully. The text was exactly how we wanted it and with a background we desired. The clip and safety release seem sturdy too.

It was amazing to get the lanyards from Wristbands Europe. The quality was great and we were delighted with the final product. The clips were also of a great quality unlike some local products that you can find on the market. Will be doing business with them in future and would highly recommend. They were prompt on delivery and amazing timely communication responses.

Ordered 12 different products for our employees, branded wth the company logo. From the selection of products, to the proofing of the logo printing, to the delivery ~ Merch Monkey's team was amazing! Professional, pleasant, efficient and products are great quality for a fair price. Would definitely order agan!

This wasn’t our first time ordering, and once again, we were not disappointed.

Excellent service from start to finish!

We ordered quantity of lanyards for an event in late February and gave a timeline of 10th February for delivery. Ordering of correct colour, text etc. was so simple and Delivery time was met at least 2 weeks prior to the deadline and the lanyards are of very good quality and exactly as we wanted.
Thank you.
